I ordered a Combination Pad Thai with beef, chicken, and shrimp, and it was absolutely horrible. The shrimp tasted rancid, and both the beef and chicken had an odd, unpleasant flavor that made the dish inedible. Out of concern for food safety, I threw the entire plate away. When I called to report the issue and ask about a possible refund, I was told I would need to drive back to the restaurant and bring in the food—despite already explaining that it had been discarded. The manager insisted that no refund would be considered unless I returned the order. I’ve been a customer for quite some time, but this experience showed a complete lack of care or accountability. Expecting a customer to transport spoiled food back to the restaurant is unreasonable and disappointing. I would have expected better intentions toward loyal customers, but unfortunately, this experience has made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority. This will be my last time as a customer.

I ordered Pad Thai, and the meat was extremely bad. I almost threw up after the first bite. I even tried adding some lemon juice and gave it another chance, but it was still disgusting. It tasted like reused leftovers or old meat. Maybe it was just an unlucky order, so I decided to give them another chance and ordered a pho instead. The pho was just as bad. When I asked for the check, they asked whether I wanted a to-go box. I clearly said no. Despite that, they brought me a box anyway and practically forced it on me. Honestly, I would not have left a review at all. I would have simply paid the full bill and left if they had respected my decision and not brought a box I never asked for. But the fact that they handed me a to-go box after I had already refused it made it feel like even they knew the food was garbage and wanted me to dispose of it myself. That is why I am leaving this review. They are charging customers money to serve what feels like trash rather than food. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

I always come here to eat goat hotpot with my family. The service is very attentive and the food is delicious. My hotpot portion came with a lot of vegetables, which I really liked. I will recommend this place and bring more friends here.

I am some what disappointed tonight, I had p14 wontons & egg noodle soup. My wonton filling / seasoning were off. My server spent a lot of time chatting with co worker, I have to wave to get her attention. When the bill came I check the price and they were more than what was on the menu, when I asked she said Price has changed. This is the old menu so I told her she should have told me that the price are not correct or I wouldn’t order what I ordered. She told me I need to talk to the cashier, when the cashier came I asked him the same question he didn’t have to answer right away. He looked at the ticket. He look at the menu then he came up and said oh the ticket was charge 4% for credit card. I said I was gonna pay with a credit card and I never seen any restaurant print a ticket with 4% already add on to the price before you pay. I do not trust this Restaurant how they do business nowadays he used to be my favorite place with this incident. I’m not going back.

Restaurant: Pho 4 Star What We Ordered: ● Large Vietnamese Egg Rolls ● PW5 Combo (Thập Cẩm) ● Mango Sticky Rice A-List Take: The food was the star of the visit. The pho was flavorful, the meats were tender, and everything tasted fresh. The mango sticky rice was absolutely delicious and ended the meal on a high note. The large Vietnamese egg rolls were crispy and flavorful, but I was surprised they weren’t served with a lemon wedge, which is something I usually expect. The PW5 Combo listed bean sprouts on the menu, but they were missing from the dish. While it didn’t take away from the overall flavor, I do think it’s important for the dish to match the menu description. Service started off strong. Our waiter was attentive and checked on us regularly at the beginning of the meal. However, as our dinner progressed it became difficult to get his attention when we were ready for a to-go container and the check. Would I Order It Again? Absolutely. The food alone is worth coming back for. I’d just hope for a little more consistency with the menu items and a more attentive finish to the dining experience. Final Take: Great food, especially the pho and mango sticky rice. A few small service and presentation details kept it from earning five ⭐️s, but it’s definitely a restaurant I’d recommend. I guess it matches its name (4 ⭐️s). A-List Rating: ★★★★☆ (4/5) Until next bite… this is A-List, keeping it deliciously honest.
