Real mom-and-pop shop!! First time coming here and I’m definitely coming back. I’d highly recommend this place to my people too. I feel so welcomed here. The service was super nice — the guy was cool and funny. I think he said it’s his mom’s business and they’ve been there for 15 years!! You already know that means it’s the real deal. We tried: * Spring Rolls: really good, just a solid classic spring roll. * Pho: the broth came out EXTRA hot, exactly how we like it. The flavor was good too — rich, beefy, and flavorful. Also, the bowl kept the broth hot for a long time, enough for you to actually finish your food while it’s still hot, and that’s a big extra point for me. We really wanted to come back and try more dishes, but sadly we moved away. We even tried to bring our friends there on our last day in HTX, but they were closed on Monday 😭. Still, this will definitely be one of the spots I visit again if I’m ever back in Katy.

First time to visit Pho 88. Good Pho Ga. Spring rolls with grilled chicken were good too. Peanut sauce was very tasty.

Wife and I stopped in for dinner. The place is nothing fancy but it was clean and they served delicious food. Wife had roasted pork, rice, salad and some carrots, I had a bowl of pho with beef and a beef sandwich. We both had hot tea, mine was green, hers was jasmine. Everything was really good. They had some big orders in front of ours so service was a bit longer than expected but no biggie. It seems to be a small family operation. Super nice people, great food and affordable prices so I recommend. Looks like they got a fair amount of regular customers stopping in too. We are both full but will be back again.

We tried this restaurant on a whim after passing by so many times. The restaurant itself is pretty small and cozy, everything was clean. Service was pretty good! The server was friendly and there was minimal wait time for the food to come out. Pricing was very affordable. We had the Shrimp Spring Rolls as an appetizer. While the item came out fresh, the sauce was a bit questionable as it was a little congealed. For the entree, we stuck with the Combination Pho. No major complaints except that it was just very average. Overall, not a bad experience but we've had much better Vietnamese food elsewhere in the Katy area.

I’ve eaten pho all over Texas but this is one of the few places where it’s ACTUALLY good. Not to mention that it’s inexpensive compared to others. They’re super friendly and they remember your order despite only being there once. They’re also super generous, they gave me and my friend free bread and TONS of fortune cookies. The inside is lovely and homey and they get your order out quick. Genuinely the best pho place I’ve ever been to
