Its hours make it an option for an early meal or a late-night bowl: it opens at 8:00 a.m. daily, stays open until 2:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday, and until 4:00 a.m. Friday and Saturday. Whether you are stopping in nearby or looking for pho outside typical dinner hours, the location and schedule are useful details to know before you go.

Pho is the main draw in customer feedback, with guests mentioning hot bowls, generous noodles, fresh-tasting broth, and a rich, flavorful character. The large combination pho is one choice noted by diners, while basil is mentioned as a welcome complement to the soup. Reviews differ on portion expectations and broth preferences, so your ideal bowl may depend on what you like. Some describe the broth as fresh and not oily; others value its deeper, richer flavor. That range of impressions offers a helpful picture for anyone deciding what kind of pho they want to try.

Pho 90 also has egg rolls and a sour sop smoothie mentioned by customers, giving diners options beyond a bowl of soup. Availability and service can vary: one reviewer said a smoothie would take a long time during a busy period, while other guests praise the service and describe the owners as nice. Takeout is available according to customer experiences, though one review reported a container that leaked during transport. If you order to go, it may be worth checking that the soup is securely packed before leaving. These practical details help set expectations without taking away from the positive comments about the food.

The restaurant may suit pho fans, people seeking a warm, filling meal, and diners whose schedules call for an early opening or late closing. A 4.2 rating from 497 reviews gives a broad snapshot of customer feedback, while individual experiences naturally vary. Parking can be difficult during busy times, according to one guest, so allow extra time if you are driving. For a first visit, consider a pho bowl and add basil if you enjoy its fresh herbal flavor; the combination pho, egg rolls, and smoothie are other items customers have mentioned. Check current hours and availability when planning, especially for a specific item or a takeout order.
