Pho Aimie is so good! It’s some of the best pho I’ve had in Vegas. I actually live close to Henderson and will make the drive for a bowl. The staff is always kind and on point plus they bring the food out so fast. I always appreciate how good the broth is before adding a few of my favorite things. If you’re not in the mood for pho, they have some flavorful fried rice dishes.
Hidden gem for sure. They don’t have the fancy options like oxtail or giant ribs, but that’s ok by me. I wasn’t even that hungry and not craving pho in this desert heat, but my gf was under the weather and craving soup/pho. Found this place close by and liked that I could get a “small” bowl of something. I assumed this based on the prices, but boy was I wrong. Bowls were giant and food delicious! Gf got her usual pho ga and I tried the bun Bo hue. Both were great but the bun Bo hue was amazing. Different than the thicker version than I’m used to, but that’s ok because the lighter broth hit perfectly on this day. Nice light spice to the broth and good chunks of meat too. Gf couldn’t even finish all the chicken in hers either. Really great food, service and value here and will be happy to return every trip!
This place is awesome. Delicious and authentic Vietnamese food, service is great and fast.
They used to have the best fried rice with that delicious wok smell infused with plenty of meat and good sauce. I thought it was maybe an odd day but I tried it again today and they definitely changed how they make it. I had it ranked in my top 3 best ever but now it’s like any cheap chinese fried rice take out. So disappointed.
Pho Amie is one of those spots that never disappoints. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and comforting—exactly what you want from great Vietnamese cuisine. Their pho broth is rich and aromatic, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and the portions are generous. Every dish feels thoughtfully made. The service is just as impressive. The staff is warm, attentive, and quick, even during busy hours. You’re greeted right away, seated fast, and the food always comes out hot. The restaurant is clean and welcoming, with a relaxed atmosphere that makes it perfect for both a quick meal or a cozy dine-in experience. If you’re craving delicious pho and excellent service, Pho Amie should be at the top of your list. Highly recommend!
