Pho Bac Sup Shop is a fantastic pho restaurant in Seattle and I'm upset we only just recently tried it out! It's well within walking distance of the stadiums, the CD, etc and it's worth the trek for the food and vibes. It's a larger restaurant than I expected, with comfy seating and fast service. The food we received was absolutely delicious and well portioned from start to finish - I'm excited to come back and try more. 5/5 stars.
Pho has a rich, authentic taste and has full meat portions. We ordered two large pho beef briskets and an order of 3 chicken wings with sauce. The chicken is truly underrated. We have came plenty of times for pho but the wings really were tasty!! Parking is always a hassle but once you find a spot, it’s fast service. Also the basil was so fresh!!!
Came here looking for fantastic pho, and that’s exactly what I got. Great service and really nice Lunar New Year decorations that made the place feel festive and welcoming. Parking can fill up pretty fast, especially during busy hours. Also, if you pay with cash, it’s a little cheaper than using a card.
The Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef noodle soup) was probably the highlight. The broth was rich, flavorful, and definitely spicy in a good way. They were also generous with the beef. However, the noodles were disappointing, a lot of them were broken …
The parking itself is very spacious, but two restaurants share the parking lot, so be prepared to park across the street in the public paid parking. Unfortunately, there were many people hanging around the parking lot, including people who appeared to be using drugs, which made the area feel uncomfortable. Service was not great. Once they took our order and served the food, there was no service afterward. The noodles were a little overcooked, but the broth was very tasty and had a good flavor.
