Sign in to reviewGreat food and service! I enjoyed my pho, the broth is really flavorful and the small was enough for me. Also enjoyed their grilled pork banh mi. The bread was so good. Their vermicelli noodle with tofu was pretty good, but I prefer the fish sauce to have more fish sauce, garlic flavoring. It was lighter than I prefer. Their bun bo hue was also good but would’ve liked if they added more flavor with lemongrass and shrimp paste. Overall would give a 4.5/5 stars!
Food, atmosphere, and service were all excellent. Everyone was incredibly efficient, and I believe the owner was there, she was super friendly and kept checking in on us, which made the experience even better. The pho, Vietnamese iced coffee, and Thai tea were all 10/10. Prices were very reasonable, the space was roomy and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. Plus, parking was easy, which is always a bonus. With amazing customer service and overall experience, I’d highly recommend this place!
We decided to give this place a try. I must admit we weren’t disappointed. I did expect more protein in the bowls but overall a fair amount of delicious pho for a decent price.
Pho Ben in Bellaire was an absolute treat. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff was friendly without being overbearing, and everything came out promptly and perfectly presented. You can immediately tell this is a place that takes pride in both their food and how they treat their customers. The food itself was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and incredibly well-balanced. The fresh spring rolls were light, vibrant, and packed with crisp herbs and shrimp, paired perfectly with a rich, savory peanut sauce. The vermicelli bowl was equally impressive, with tender, well-seasoned grilled beef, a perfectly crispy egg roll, and fresh vegetables over noodles that soaked up all the flavors beautifully. Every bite was satisfying without feeling heavy. Pho Ben delivers authentic, high-quality Vietnamese food with consistency and care—I will absolutely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone in the area.
After ordering from Doordash a few times, my wife and I decided to dine in Pho Ben Bellaire. The restaurant is spacious and has a pleasant vibe. The service staff were very quick to take and serve our orders. And they did an outstanding job. Food was great even our 9-month old baby loved the beef pho and egg rolls. I was just a little disappointed with the lady at the register. I went to pick up a box and asked for a to-go cup with ice for my Vietnamese coffee. She wasn't rude but it felt like she wasn't happy to fulfill my request. I went back to ask for a bag and felt like as if I was bothering her while she was on her phone texting. Would've given a 5-star cause the restaurant and the rest of its crew deserve it.
