I didnt like the incense burning when I was eating. Mess with my food flavors a bit. But it is always great food. If you eat here frequently get on the rewards program. My lunch was $2.18, I left a great tip.

I came here recently and the service was quick, but they were only present at the beginning when ordering and at the end at payment. Nothing during the meal. I had to physically go to the front and get a refill on my drink. The payment method makes no sense. You pay up front but you have to bring your ticket they initially used to order your food. Then they expect a tip. It’s 2026, you should bring your credit card reader and conduct payment at the table for the customer. Overall the food is good. The service is NOT the best. This is from comparing quality restaurants that understand the fundamentals of service and hospitality. Overall a good location.

My family and I have made this restaurant part of our weekly routine because the place is convenient, and usually consistent. Today, however, was the worst experience we’ve ever had. We ordered the 4 items and one is #42, the portion of beef was noticeably smaller than usual and dry. It was also missing the tomatoes and pickled onions that have always come with this dish whenever I’ve ordered it. When I politely mentioned it to our server, instead of listening, she gave me a dirty look and insisted that she had worked there for over 10 years and that the dish had never come with tomatoes. That simply isn’t true. I’ve ordered this meal many times, and that’s exactly why I noticed they were missing. After I mentioned that the beef portion was much smaller than usual, they did add more beef, which I genuinely appreciated. Then the server asked the chef in Vietnamese whether the dish came with tomatoes, and the chef confirmed that it does—they had simply run out. What disappointed me most wasn’t that they were out of tomatoes. Restaurants run out of ingredients sometimes, and I completely understand that. It was the way I was treated. As a loyal customer who brings family here regularly, I felt dismissed and made to feel like I was wrong when I wasn’t. Customer service is just as important as the food. Unfortunately, this experience has made me not want to return to this particular location, which is disappointing because we’ve always enjoyed coming here.

I always love this place. When we are in the area we always plan to eat here. It's nice because it's close to 99 Ranch and Jusgo a nice place to eat with family and friends.
