If you’re craving something warm, comforting, and full of flavor, pho binh is hard to beat. A good bowl starts with the broth, and when it’s done right, it’s rich, aromatic, and deeply satisfying without feeling heavy. The slow-simmered flavors really come through with every sip, especially when paired with tender slices of beef and perfectly cooked noodles. I particularly loved binhs favorite bowl the dry version and the dry chicken pho, the complex flavors and the texture of the noodles just blends perfect for me and definitely don’t sleep on the spicy bone marrow appetizer . This place is always a must go to for us when we we’re around H-town.

I love me some Pho Binh! The food here is so delicious and very flavorful! My go to order is an order of shrimp spring rolls, a regular rare steak pho, and an iced green tea. This last visit, though, I ordered an iced coffee with the cream cheese mousse and oh my heaven! So yummy! I'll be ordering that again! But also I love the green tea. It's very refreshing. I also tried their fried shrimp rolls this last trip and absolutely loved them. I ended up eating the majority before my pho partner arrived. I had no shame either. Lol! But they got to try them and liked them as well. I still ordered the usual shrimp spring rolls, so I let them have the majority of those. We both love those rolls! I like how they cut them in half which makes them so much easier to enjoy. And the peanut sauce is divine! The flavor of the shrimp is so fresh and the veggies are crisp. My tummy is growling as I type this.. Now to the Pho. Exquisite! I honestly do not know how to describe. All I can say is that I've been to many places and this by far is my favorite. The only way to know what I'm talking about is by visiting the place yourself! It's one of those worth the drive places! Can't wait to go back myself! Update!: I went back and ordered the usual and got pictures this time! Now you'll have images to make your mouth water. Have you gone in yet? What are you waiting for? Go try the deliciousness!!

Great customer service and amazing food. We had the fried gyoza, spring rolls and chicken pho. Everything was very well flavored and fresh. Homemade sauces were on point with flavor. Loved being able to sit outside as well. Well done. We will definitely be back.

One of the best pho places in Katy. The broth is beautiful, the meat was amazing, and the noodles were perfection. I am not even joking this was one of the bowls of pho ive ever had. The service was amazing too. Friendly, attentive, and they even bring your pho out on a cart! I will be a regular and highly recommend everyone to give this place a try!

Pulled in here by accident heading somewhere else meaning to turn around and decided to try it and eat. Wow am I glad I did. The dining room is incredibly clean and well-kept. Have some pretty awesome t-shirts with a play on words of their company name. The menus are all digital with menus on TVS in high contrast. I ordered the Chicken shrimp and vegetables plate. The food was incredible, cooked exactly how I wanted it. The presentation was also amazing with them making a heart-shaped mold out of the rice, and laying the shrimp perfectly on top of the sliced chicken. They bring you your food on a cart with chopsticks and napkins if you would like to eat that way. The staff is some of the best part being incredibly courteous and checking on you multiple times after you have got your food. They offer to bring you anything you'd like, with a smile. You can order in or take out. They have a few concrete tables out front at well if you want to enjoy the world outside and eat. The parking lot can get kind of crowded due to other businesses in the area. Overall I'm incredibly happy that I accidentally found this place and will absolutely be returning any time I am in the Katy traveling though. 10/10 deffinalty stop in and try this place!
