Pho Bo & Bambu Dessert Drinks

⭐⭐ 2/5 Unfortunately, my third visit to Pho Bo & Bambu will likely be my last. I really wanted to like this place because my first couple of visits were enjoyable, but my most recent experience was disappointing. I arrived around 11:00 AM, shortly after opening, and cleanliness was an immediate concern. The restroom was already very dirty, with trash that had not been emptied. Several tables still had bowls and dishes that had not been cleared, while employees were standing nearby. Seeing the restaurant in that condition so early in the day made me question how much attention is being given to cleanliness overall. The food quality also seems to have declined since my previous visits, and the staff did not come across as particularly friendly or welcoming. It’s unfortunate because this place has potential. I previously enjoyed the food, especially the spring rolls with peanut sauce, and felt the prices were reasonable. However, consistent cleanliness, better customer service, and attention to food quality are important. Hopefully management can address these issues, because with the right improvements, this could be a much better experience.

Their pho is delicious. This was my first time trying their fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce and they were either not fresh or just poorly packaged. The clear wrap was so hard I had to peel it off and with a fork just eat the inside with the peanut sauce drizzled on top. Most places wrap them in plastic wrap so they don't get hard. I won't be ordering those anymore but the brisket pho is great.

Pho’s popularity is growing, even in Cypress. Great broth, which is the foundation for all Pho. The fatty brisket and beef meatballs were delicious. Veggies were fresh and plentiful. An added bonus was the bambu franchise with the restaurant. Their unique variety of coconut 🌴 🥥 drinks are always good, even in the colder months. Will be our new stop every-time we head to college station.

Great local spot. Food was fresh and flavorful. Loved the thai boba tea for dessert as well!

I should have taken pictures but they wouldn’t do justice. Best Phó I have ever had. The broth tasted clean and it didn’t have any of the bone residue. I wasn’t able to touch the desert because it’s so filling. Definitely my go to now!
