This place isn’t perfect, but it’s in my neighborhood, and I believe it’s worth supporting. When they first opened, I was excited to try the Thố Đá (hot stone bowl pho). The broth arrived at a gentle simmer, letting me cook the proteins at my own pace. The broth was delicious, though I realized I personally prefer my pho fully composed. It impressed me enough that I came back two more times that same week to try the fresh rolls and the phở tái. On my latest visit, I started with the fried shrimp. They were perfectly cooked, with a crispy exterior surrounding a moist, tender piece of shrimp that I generously dipped in the sweet chili sauce. For my entrée, I ordered the phở tái with vegetables and tendon. There were plenty of vegetables, and I appreciated that the tendon was served on the side. On previous visits it didn’t seem like there was much, but seeing the full portion separately made it feel like a fair value. The broth wasn’t quite as memorable as I remembered from my earlier visits, though it was still satisfying. The tendon also seemed a bit undercooked. I won’t get into the specifics of the service, but it has noticeably improved since they opened, and I have confidence they’ll continue to get better. I appreciate seeing them make adjustments, and I’d much rather support a neighborhood restaurant that’s improving than write it off after a few growing pains. If you’re in the area and craving pho, I think it’s definitely worth a visit.

What a great Vietnamese restaurant in town! The flavors are incredibly authentic, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. What surprised me the most was the drink menu—everything we tried was amazing. They use fresh fruit in their teas, and each drink was refreshing and full of flavor. Trying the fruit teas brought back so many memories of Vietnam. Highly recommend this place, and you definitely shouldn’t miss their drink menu! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
