Pho Bo To Grill

I made the drive from Houston, and I can confidently say it was worth every mile. I had both the oxtail fried rice and the braised short ribs with rice, and they were absolutely phenomenal. Both meats were incredibly tender, packed with rich, slow-braised flavor, yet surprisingly balanced—they weren’t greasy or overly salty, allowing the natural depth of the beef to truly shine. Mixing the braising juices into the rice made every bite even better, and the juicy onions added another layer of sweetness and flavor that tied everything together. I also have to give a shout-out to the Coke Zero. It was the perfect pairing with the meal. After each rich, flavorful bite, a cold sip refreshed my palate and kept every bite tasting just as exciting as the first. It created the perfect balance and made the entire meal even more enjoyable. Lastly, Diana made the experience unforgettable. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. Between the amazing food and outstanding hospitality, Pho Bo To Grill has earned a customer for life. I’ll gladly make the drive from Houston again. Highly recommended!

Pho Bo to Grill is a great spot for pho lovers. The veg pho was excellent — full of flavor, comforting, and easily a 5/5. The chicken pho was also very good, with a rich broth and tender chicken. The restaurant has a good semi-traditional interior that adds to the overall dining experience without feeling overdone. The ambiance is calm and welcoming, making it a nice place for a relaxed meal. The service is good but it could have better, more Informative and attentive. Overall, it’s definitely worth visiting for quality pho and a pleasant atmosphere.

Great quaint place for traditional Viet-Asian cuisine like fresh spring rolls, fried egg rolls, pho, banh mis, rice platters and more. I highly recommend their grilled pork fresh spring rolls which had pickled carrots rolled in them along with their tasty peanut sauce. Their pho is also tasty and their beef stew by far has some of the most robust-complex-yummy ingredients like cinnamon sticks, lemon grass and other herbs and spices which pop with flavor. Came here for the first time late night for dinner during a weekday with my family and had a great food & service experience. Came back two more times and had great food & service again from a staff member named Diana who has been great every time we've been here! Note: The extended business hours till 11pm are great especially out in the suburbs of Richmond, TX where a lot of places are closed by 9:30pm. If you're looking for good Viet-Asian food in the burbs of Richmond, this is a great spot!

I got the grilled chicken rice bowl and my partner got the large beef pho. I also ordered a basket of fries. The food was so soo good I was barely able to take any photos. I would reorder the fries and rice platter again and the pho was hearty and filling!
