Pho Bosa Kitchen is a Vietnamese restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada, at 3711 S Valley View Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102. It’s a neighborhood-style stop for Vietnamese favorites, especially pho and fresh, generously flavored rolls. With a 4.3-star rating across 695 reviews, the restaurant has earned attention from local diners and visitors looking for a casual meal in Las Vegas. The address also makes it a useful option for people seeking Vietnamese food along S Valley View Boulevard.

Pho is a central reason customers return. Reviews describe it as flavorful and nourishing, with a broth that can feel rich; one diner noted it was a touch greasy, a useful reminder that preferences vary. Nem nuong cuon—grilled pork rolls—and their accompanying sauce are another customer favorite. Diners also mention crispy fried rolls, including fried shrimp rolls, and spring rolls with a notably crunchy exterior. These are specific dishes customers highlight, rather than a promise that every item will suit every palate.

The setting is described as simple and unpretentious, more of a basic pho spot than a polished, elaborate dining room. That can work well for people who care most about a satisfying bowl and straightforward service, including families, friends, solo diners, and travelers wanting a casual Vietnamese meal. Reviewers praise the friendly service and say the flavors have remained consistent over years of following the owner between restaurant locations. Experiences with the atmosphere differ, so guests seeking a refined or especially decorative setting may want to keep that in mind.

Some customers report ordering and paying through a QR-code menu, followed by table service, though the exact process may vary. Pho Bosa Kitchen is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.; it is closed Wednesday. Saturday hours are 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Checking current hours before visiting is sensible, especially on weekends or holidays. The address is 3711 S Valley View Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102.

For anyone searching for a Vietnamese restaurant in Las Vegas, Pho Bosa Kitchen offers a clear starting point: pho, nem nuong cuon with sauce, crunchy fried rolls, and a casual neighborhood feel. Its customer feedback points to flavorful food and welcoming service, alongside a straightforward setting that may not be the main attraction. Whether you’re a local returning for a familiar bowl or a visitor exploring Vietnamese food in Las Vegas, the menu favorites mentioned by diners make it easy to know what to consider ordering.

Love this place!!! We have been followed the owner for over a decade to three of the restaurant locations. With years, different (much better and more spacious) locations, but what never changes is the great tastes and friendly service. Inside the spring rolls are the extremely crunchy fried bean curd (I guess) which are so delicious. The red broth noodles are my to go in a cold weather. And their rice plater is definitely the best, Love its broken rice and salad and shredded pork with the shrimp bean curd, egg cake and short ribs. The dry noodles are very enjoyable, too. Really hope they can bring the panini back! But now they also have banh mi and various drinks, must try the sugar cane! They also have chicken wings, ox tail and ribeye pho now, but off the menu.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ABSOLUTE 10/10! PHO BOSS KITCHEN IS A MUST-VISIT IN VEGAS! 🔥🍲 Hands down one of the BEST meals I’ve had in Vegas! We swung by Pho Boss Kitchen and it completely blew us away. First off, do NOT sleep on those fried shrimp rolls—they were insanely fresh, crispy, and packed with flavor! Now let's talk about the Pho... absolute PERFECTION. That broth was so damn good, rich, and comforting, you can tell they put real love into making it. I’m still thinking about it! 🤤 Huge shoutout to Moe! He made our experience next-level. Moe was super welcoming, beyond attentive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Incredible service! Pho Boss Kitchen is officially a MUST-STOP for me every single time I’m in Vegas from now on. Do yourself a favor and get over here ASAP! 🔥🙌

Very simple, hole in the wall, vibe, basic pho joint. Good value, simple, flavorful, if not a touch greasy broth. I found it to be very nourishing and kept me full all day. Atmosphere is fairly abysmal. I don’t care about the frills, but this place really could use a spruce up. The abandoned bubble tea machine as he walk in is a particularly funny addition to the vibe. I also don’t love having to order through an app, but that’s just me.
