Pho Chau's

I love a place where you can go at 8pm and eat some delicious Pho! This is a hidden gem. Food was delicious and the prices are just right. Staff is friendly. Great family environment. Very clean restaurant and restrooms which are wheelchair accessible.

Oh man where do I begin! Words can’t express the amount of contentment this place fills me with, but the times I've countlessly been here sure does! This place has become a haven because of the food and atmosphere provided by the people who work here. Shoutout to the beautiful ladies and kind gentlemen (excuse me if I butcher their name, Lizanne, Jada, Erica, Dan, and young) who provide great service and showcase a unique style of cultural expression. I always feel like home when I’m greeted with a smile and genuine attitude. Overall this place is definitely a few of the best Vietnamese spots in garland. I’m a huge fan of their veggie pho and banh mi! Please check this cute hidden gem in southern garland as its ambience and cuisine is as rich as its way of leaving a smile on your face.

Pho Chau’s was okay overall. The staff were nice, but the food wasn’t as flavorful as I expected. I ordered the fried rice with chicken, shrimp, and beef, along with some pho that my colleagues and I tried. Unfortunately, the seasoning just wasn’t on point, so I didn’t enjoy the dishes as much as I hoped. It’s an okay place, but the food could use a bit more flavor.

Literally their pho is the best to me when you add all the spices n then the pork spring rolls omg just sooo good I will keep loving this place

Cold nights like this one needed a soup rescue…and we found it in an awesome bowl of Pho a few minutes away from church. The place is open until 9pm, which gave us a few minutes. Would have liked to explore more from the menu, but maybe next time. We got the Pork Egg Rolls, a Chicken Banh mi, and Beef Pho, P1 & P8. The regular bowl was already quite big for me, the banh mi was smaller than the usual places we’ve been, and the egg rolls are about the same size. Not the best egg rolls for me but the Pho def stood out! For a neighborhood Pho place, the atmosphere was totally different from hole-in-the-wall mom and pop shops that we’ve tried or the flashy neon-sign loaded ones in Dallas. The high ceilings and open style interior made it feel like a barn-style restaurant sans the cowboys. The restrooms were pretty wide and clean as well. Customer service was on point, we had a steady supply of limes for our Pho and water. All-in-all a fantastic find in Garland.
