I arrived at Pho Dalat at 12 pm. Sat myself. Had to ask for a drink, and the waitress seated other people. Placed my order and waited 20 minutes as others after me got their food. No one came to check to see if I received my Pho order which should not have taken longer than 10 minutes to make. Finally, I got up to go pay for my tea and everyone looked surprised as if they hadn't seen me sitting at the table without food. I'm never coming back to this place again.
Great experience! Food: The flavors were developed and pho broth was very tasty. The food came out hot and freshly made. Atmosphere: there are lots of tables and chairs so it felt like you could got a lot in the restaurant. The bathrooms were clean. Parking: lots of parking in front and the open lot for the rest of the retail stores. Would highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back.
Be careful, warning, they will charge you a higher different price than what is on the menu. I ordered tofu and there is only one size, one price and they charged me $5 more. The man argued with me and finally the lady owner said to refund me $6 for the difference and taxes. The service, value and taste have gone down at this place. Go elsewhere. Also, the bathroom did not have soap. They only put hand sanitizer in the soap dispenser.
We stopped by for Boxing Day lunch and were surprised to find out the restaurant had just changed hands. But good news is that most of the staff stayed on! Food was very, very good and the portions are LARGE! GREAT service. We think this restaurant is in good hands and we will be back! A stunningly wonderful experience!
Delicious food. Great place for lunch. I came here two days in a row because everything tasted good so far. I've had their pho, bun thit nuong, and banh mi thit nuong. They also sell sugar cane juice! Will definitely come back to try more of their dishes!
