I stopped by this pho spot randomly while I was in the area, and wow—I’m seriously impressed. I love Vietnamese food, and this is hands down the best bún bò Huế I’ve had in Houston so far. The broth is incredibly rich and flavorful, with an aroma that hits you the moment it arrives. Everything tasted fresh and perfectly balanced—the beef was tender, the chả was spot on, and the bún tied it all together beautifully. First bite, and it completely hit the spot. On top of that, the place itself is clean and welcoming, and the service was great. The only downside is it’s a bit far from me, but honestly, if I’m anywhere nearby again, I’m definitely coming back. This place far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic bún bò Huế.
Had a great experience today at Pho Dien 1960. Our server, Michael was on point and very attentive to our order. We had the Pho Beef and Vermicelli Noodles with pork and tasty egg rolls. Thank you, and we will be back and share with others. Oh don’t forget the Thai Tea @phodien1960
This is hands down my absolute favorite pho spot! I will always come here. Owner is the sweetest and will never stop going. I always get the pho and spring rolls, and they never disappoint—always fresh and perfectly made. But let's talk about the drinks: their sweet tea is phenomenal!!! and you absolutely must try their Thai Vietnamese tea. Incredible food, amazing drinks, and always consistent. Highly recommend checking this place out!
Havnt been here for awhile and looks like they update their menu. They offer lunch specials and new dish. Come check out yourself. Gave 1 star less cuz havnt try the new dish..spicy noodles.
The food is delicious and they are not shy at all with the portions! All employees are very kind. I work outside and I had ordered online planing to take it back to work but it was just way too hot to eat outside. They gave me a table inside and were very understanding. The atmosphere is very quiet and relaxing with soft music, the perfect place to grab lunch and get out of the heat!
