Hidden gem in Katy! I tried the beef pho, shrimp & chicken salad, and grilled beef rice, and every dish was delicious. The pho broth was rich, flavorful, and tasted like it had been simmered for hours. The salad was fresh and refreshing, and the grilled beef was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. Don’t skip the Vietnamese flan—it’s silky, creamy, and the perfect ending to the meal. Great portions, friendly service, and definitely worth a visit. I’ll be back!

The service was top-notch, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. The spring rolls were a standout, so good we had to order a second round. Fresh, well-balanced, and clearly made with care. The pho was excellent. The broth had real depth and a rich, well-rounded flavor, and the homemade noodles were silky and smooth, elevating the entire dish. I also had the grilled chicken with pickled vegetables, rice, cucumber, tomatoes, and salad. Paired with their homemade fish sauce, it was a true flavor explosion, bright, balanced, and deeply satisfying. Overall, this place delivers on both quality and execution. The food is AMAZING! it was my first time here, I was in the area and was looking for a good new pho spot and I chose this place based off of reviews! I’m so glad I did because the pho was sooo good! I eat pho regularly and know how pho should taste and this place will NOT disappoint! The shrimp spring rolls were large and I’m picky about peanut sauce but theirs is so yummy! Not to mention the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. Also they offer points for discounts! I will be coming back and referring friends and family! How can I describe food made with love and care and that homemade flair? Basically the same as other Pho and vermicelli restaurants but just better. Better ingredients, better attention to food presentation and detail. Im a new regular. I wish the decor was warmer but the housekeeping is immaculate.
