Sign in to reviewI had the beef vermicelli and it was absolutely delicious!! My server was really sweet and attentive as well. I will definitely be back!!
I lived over here for over 20 years and Pho Duy has been an absolute favorite from the day it opened in Colleyville. Try everything on the menu at least once. It’s family owned and operated, they’re always incredibly kind and attentive with a small team of 2 or 3 staff and the food is always delicious.
10/2025 Somehow I forgot to eat the whole day, the other V pho shop was too busy so I came up here, not as busy. Restaurant decor is as pictured. Pho came within 5 min of ordering on a Saturday night. Broth was nice and salty, not too salty, not sour. Decent portion of noodles, sliced beef, tripe, and tendon—unlike some other shops that over bias noodles versus tendon or something. $12.50 for the small pho dac biet, came out to $15.88 after tax and 15% tip. I would come back again.
I've been coming here for a while (years maybe). I usually get the same things, but everything I've tried here has been delicious: pho, rolls, milk tea boba, etc. The flavor is good and consistent. There is a good variety of foods to pick from and the prices are great (reasonable). The atmosphere is nice, the service is great, and I've seen small to large groups come in and fit comfortably. I highly recommend Pho Duy!
I found hairs in my Pho so there’s that. And the waiter seemed casual about it, so i’m guessing this is a regular occurrence…never really going back obvi but also i hope the restaurant faces the consequences cause this is unacceptable and disgusting. Edit: To the manager( i’m guessing thats who responded to this below), Yes I did not accept a new bowl cause I WAS DISGUSTED. I saw what i needed to see. I wish i could vomit the portion i ate before finding out the hair. Please do a good job at providing good food rather than being passive aggressive towards the customer next time.
