Pho Fresh Alley & Boba Tea is an Asian fusion restaurant at 1000 E Apache Blvd Suite #103 in Tempe, AZ. The menu and customer feedback point to a mix of pho, other familiar restaurant favorites, and boba and fruit teas, making it a place to consider when you want a meal and a drink in one stop. Guests often mention the egg rolls, pho, and Thai boba in particular. The restaurant is open every day from 11:00 a.m. until midnight, including weekends, which gives Tempe diners a broad window for lunch, dinner, or a later visit.

Pho is one of the dishes customers describe in detail. A reviewer praised a light, flavorful broth and tender brisket, and noted that the serving was generous enough to make a full meal. Feedback is not uniform: another diner found the soup too sweet and the beef difficult to bite, while a separate review mentioned dry, chewy chicken. Those contrasting experiences are useful context if you have a strong preference about broth sweetness or meat texture. If pho is what brings you in, you can use the menu to choose the protein and ask staff about preparation or ingredients before ordering.

The drinks and starters give the restaurant options beyond a bowl of soup. Egg rolls are a customer favorite, and reviewers have called out the Thai boba and fruit tea as refreshing choices, especially in the Arizona heat. One guest enjoyed the Thai boba so much they ordered a second drink to go. Other customers describe the food as fresh and flavorful, though reviews also include criticism of freshness and consistency. Taken together, the comments suggest that favorites may vary by dish and visit; the specific mentions can help you decide what sounds most appealing rather than assuming every item will be identical.

With a 4.2-star rating from 519 reviews, Pho Fresh Alley & Boba Tea has drawn a substantial range of customer feedback. Reviewers have praised friendly, knowledgeable service and said they would return, while others have raised concerns about food quality and a 3.5% payment fee, including a report of being charged when using a debit card. Consider checking the current payment policy directly if fees matter to your plans. The straightforward setting and broad menu make the restaurant worth considering for pho fans, boba drinkers, and groups looking for different kinds of comfort food in Tempe. Whether you are stopping by for egg rolls and fruit tea, sitting down for brisket pho, or picking up a Thai boba to go, the customer comments offer a practical picture of what people order and what to clarify before you visit.

Incredible service and delicious food!! The egg rolls are my absolute favorite and the fruit tea was so refreshing, especially with the Az heat. Everything was so fresh and packed with flavor. I love this place and their food!! I am never disappointed!

The Thai boba is the best I’ve ever had! I finished mine and then I had to get another one to go. The broth is very light and so yummy that I drank the entire bowl even though they give you pretty big bowls. I ordered only brisket and it was so tender and delicious. Although the place was warm and mixed w the pho I was sweating but still 10/10!!!

Decent food, misleading name. Fresh Alley has signs about their freshness everywhere, including a sign saying "always fresh" The food isn't bad mostly, but its not fresh. The fried rice has telltale frozen peas and carrots in it, the chicken in our pho was dry stringy and disturbingly chewy. We tried the vermicelli noodle bowls and while they were ok, they were missing mint, and had some watery sweet liquid in place of the nuoc cham. It's not bad, but its not fresh.

Pho is only $13.95, but the soup is very sweet. Beef is not fresh at all, hard to bite. In addition to the bad quality of food, they charged me 3.5% credit card fee even if I used my debit card. That's crazy for charging a credit card fee on debit card.
