We-Fix-It Auto Repair

We-Fix-It Auto Repair is an auto repair shop in Tempe, AZ, at 2700 N Scottsdale Rd, Tempe, AZ 85288. For local drivers looking for help with a vehicle concern or routine maintenance, customer experiences point to a team that works on practical needs such as air conditioning, oil changes, headlights, and engine problems. The shop has a 4.8-star rating from 1,438 reviews. That rating offers useful context, while individual experiences can vary, so it is sensible to discuss your vehicle’s symptoms and requested work directly with the team.

Air conditioning is one of the services customers mention. In one review, a Volvo arrived with an AC problem during hot weather, and the customer said the team diagnosed the issue promptly and explained what they found. Another driver described getting their air conditioning working again and appreciated being able to ask questions and see the issue at the car. These accounts may be helpful if you are dealing with an uncomfortable cabin, but the shop will need to assess each vehicle to identify the cause and recommend appropriate work.

Reviews also describe routine oil service and headlight repairs, alongside more involved engine work. One customer said an oil change was handled quickly and headlights were repaired; another reported that the shop got their engine running again after the vehicle was brought in by tow. That customer also highlighted updates during the process and answers to their questions. These examples give prospective customers a clearer sense of the varied concerns people have brought to We-Fix-It Auto Repair, without implying that every repair has the same timeline or outcome.

Communication and transparency matter when choosing a repair shop. Several reviewers praise staff for being professional, answering questions, explaining findings, or showing a vehicle issue in person. At the same time, a reviewer described an unsatisfactory experience involving a requested MAP sensor service and a full scan. If you have a specific concern, explain what you have noticed, ask what diagnostic steps are recommended, and confirm the proposed work and pricing before authorizing repairs. Clear expectations can help you decide whether the recommendation fits your needs.

We-Fix-It Auto Repair is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and closed Saturday and Sunday. Call or visit to discuss your vehicle and confirm current availability, service details, and any estimate before making plans. Whether you are arranging a tow or bringing in a car that still runs, sharing the symptoms and your priorities can help the team understand what you need.
