Sign in to reviewFirst time in the area and Pho Ha Noi was worth it. It was a little tricky to find at first, but it’s located on the far end of the roundabout once you know where to look. We ordered the short rib pho (only available on weekdays) and it was delicious —tender meat that falls off the bone with a savory broth. The grilled pork vermicelli bowl with egg roll was also solid, with smoky, juicy pork and a crispy egg roll that tied everything together. Fast service, generous portions, and fair prices. Once you find the place, you’ll probably come back.
Love the food here. There’s always a lot of meat in the pho. The Bo ne was also so flavorful and tender. Fries were fast foo style and perfect. Pate was delicious with the bread. They even offered us a little piece of pandan waffle and it was incredible.
We came on a weekday late afternoon. There was no wait to be seated. Service was quick and food came out pretty fast too. The hu tieu and pho were very tasty. We enjoyed them both. We ordered off the weekday special menu definitely worth it for the price and still left feeling well fed but not like you over ate. Be aware of parking tho. Our vehicle window got smashed into so be sure not to leave anything valuable in your vehicle.
Unbelievably good pho, especially their P17: 1 lb Bone-in Short Rib Pho which has the softest meat that falls right off the bone. They also have some delicious milkshakes and a lot of great options. Located in Little Saigon, they also have plenty of great options for appetizers and entrees with both indoor and outdoor dining. Note that it gets quite busy during the evenings starting at 6 PM.
As others have said, there are two restaurants called Pho Hanoi at the Vietnam Town on Story Rd. This is the one without "Elite" in the name (anyway, the "Elite" one was closed at this time). Others seems to say the food isn't as good as it used to be, but this is the first time for us, and there is a solid variety with just enough pho favorites while adding plenty of non-standard fare. Plus, the environment was bright and airy, which we always appreciate.
