Was really happy with the experience here. My wife and I already ate at this location 4 times now and we will keep going. The deal that they have for the BOGO is outstanding. You cannot beat that at all especially in the time we live in. We enjoyed the pho. Bun rieu and the shrimp pancakes. Thank you to the management team making this establishment a fair and reasonable location for hungry folks.

The Good: Friendly staff, quick service, hot food, many vegan options, and a cute atmosphere. The Bad: We came in for their Instagram and first week opening promos (B1G1 Pho and B2G1 Banh Mi), but the billing was inaccurate. It doesn't help that it was handwritten on a white sheet of paper. (I'm kicking myself that I didn't take a picture of it to show the discrepancies before I left.) We were overcharged on our B1G1 pho and we weren't told until we got our bill that we were being charged $2 for each container for the one pho we brought home. Okay, fine. Then, the total should have been $36 with the two containers, but we were charged $40. For the banh mi, we were charged $28 instead of $26 ($6.50 menu price and we bought four with two additional free). When brought to the manager's/boss's attention, he claimed menu prices were incorrect and outdated. But how could that be - aren't you a brand new restaurant? Shouldn't we have been made aware of these price changes before, during, or even right after we ordered, rather than surprised about it when we saw the bill? We don't know if it’s severe disorganization or dishonest business practices, but we left feeling deceived. Check your bills closely if you go, but we won't be returning.
