I’ve eaten at a few of Pho Restaurants around the world (Haven’t been to Vietnam yet, but it’s on the list ) and this one is truly one of the best. Here visiting grandma and found Pho Hielu. The dining area / bathrooms were super clean, staff was friendly, the food was fresh and the prices were fair. We tried . The calamari salad, the fresh rolls with pork and the fried avocado w shrimp and everything was delish . The chicken broth and beef were banging! The floor manager was super attentive and the owner even came out to speak to us. (We talked about H mart lol) If you are in Yukon and you’re in the mood for a hot soup, this is your place. Tell them Harry from NC sent you! *It got pretty busy around 5 o’clock so if you want to beat the dinner rush get there about 430.
The best experience thank you Wuan you were so sweet! She packed up our togo after eating & was so kind. Best Fried Rice with Vietnamese sausage!
Took my daughter for her first Pho experience. They had a kids menu which is a simplified version of the adult meals which I loved. The portion on the kids pho was big enough to feed two kids easy. Also my daughter is a picky eater and she said “I liked it, but it’s not my favorite” which is the equivalent of a Michelin star from her. I had the steak and brisket, broth was really flavorful, meet was delicious, veggies were fresh. Zero complaints from me. It’s one of the best bowls of pho I’ve had. They also had Naruto on one of the TV’s which I pretended I was excited for my kids sake; but I sat and watched while I ate. Zero complaints, highly recommend trying it.
Since my last 1-star review, I have to say they’ve improved drastically. The food and service were both excellent. My wife and cousin loved the food, and I’m happy to support a business that clearly listens and improves. …
This was our first time to come here but definitely won't be our last. Our son recommended it to us and we're so glad he did! The pho was perfectly temped and the beef was tender. We split a spicy dragon roll that had a generous portion of ginger and wasabe. The owner took time to personally greet each table in the dining room, check on their service, and thank them for coming. Definitely will become a regular stop on our trips to this part of the state in the future! 💕😋🙏🏼
