Visited Pho Hung and ordered the small brisket pho. Overall, a solid bowl. The broth was clean and flavorful with no real issues. The only thing holding it back was the portion of brisket—there was some, but a few more slices would’ve pushed this into top-tier territory. Service was quick, and the setup was convenient with menus already on the table. The dining area is spacious, not cramped, and the soft Vietnamese music adds to a relaxed atmosphere. One miss—no follow-up after ordering. I kept a menu ready to add more, but no one checked back in. Not bad, just something that could easily improve the experience. Good enough that I’ll be back to try their grilled pork banh mi.

The taste is OK, but the portion is ridiculous. I ordered a large bowl, and the portion is smaller than a small bowl in other pho restaurants. Photo for reference. Not coming back.

Mì Xào Don Do Biến at Pho Hung restaurant in Asia Times Square. Grand Prairie, Texas. (Stir fried vegetables with seafood on crispy noodles. I also call Hong Kong noodles.) Hard to find this dish in my area of North Texas. Love the "Hong Kong" noodles as I call them. Like the texture of the noodles...a little crispy. Restaurant was not too busy, service good, enjoyed the vibe is the restaurant. Visited during Chinese New Years celebration. Parking lot was full...used an overflow parking lot.

This was my first time ever trying a meal like this. I ordered the Cơm Bò Nướng Xả/ Charbroiled Lemon-Grass Beef & Fresh Vegetables and it was actually very good. I love how the vegetables are pickled. The server was very nice and continuously checked on us. The restaurant was relatively clean. I prefer this location compared to the one in central Arlington.

My go to restaurant for comfort pho. The quality of the pho never lacks. This places broth is one of the only broths I can drink like water. Me and my family go here so often the workers recognize us. The service is quick and efficient. The prices are not expensive which is awesome for great pho.
