I was actually on my way to pho Ao Sen, but I decided to stop here for some reasons. I totally agree with the other reviewers, especially the vietnamese one on here. The pho broth here is on the salty side so there is no room for additional sauce to the broth. Even though the broth is salty, it lack the fatty, and beefy flavor that Pho Ao Sen have. I ordered number 2 Large pho bow. My pho bow came out with barely any protein, especially the beef round steak, the beef ball lack seasoning, and texture or is over cooked. They was also super skimpy on the side veggies. The parking was full when I arrived, and the restaurant was also pack, but most of the demographic here was either Hispanic, white, or filipinos. I don't think I saw any vietnamese person. They was also under staffed, and never served me my green tea, my meal came out at $19, I wonder if they charged me for a tea that never came out. Quality: no good Flavor: no good Quantity: skimpy Service: no good Price: average

We were seated right away and received our food very quickly. We had different soups and they were very tasty, large portions and had lots of noodles. I enjoyed the extras and the spicy sauces too. Staff was attentive and respectful.

I recently visited Pho Huynh Hiep 1 – Kevin’s Noodle House and really enjoyed the experience. The pho broth was flavorful and rich, with good depth and the noodles were just right — hearty and satisfying. The portions are generous and the menu has a nice mix of classic Vietnamese noodle soups and other comforting dishes. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, which makes it perfect for a laid-back lunch or dinner. Service was quick and the place felt clean and welcoming. While a few people mention mixed experiences with service at some locations, I personally thought it was friendly and efficient. Overall, if you’re looking for a reliable bowl of pho with authentic taste and good value, this spot definitely hits the mark.

The side soup; which is a chicken broth, from the rice plates is good. The pho soup is clean, flavor as expected, not extraordinary but also not bad at all. The meat toppings in the pho is not dry and has a good ratio of fat to lean. Noodle quantity is good for the large side. Service is a little pushy but food comes out quick. The prices are 10-15% above average for the same food tier. The venue is very big and can accommodate large groups.

Our first time here to try it out. Sat right away since it wasn’t so busy. Ordered pretty quickly but we waited for over 30 mins to NOT get our food while everyone around us were getting their orders. The servers didn’t check in with us not once during the time we waited, even when we got up to leave, they didn’t even check in then. Service is the first thing a customer notices. Do better.
