I order a Pho Combination when I got my order no flank, tendon and tripe , but I still enjoy the soup. I prefer to be Authentic Pho instead wagyu . I still give 4 star coz I got good service and good soup, but not I looking for .
They are killing it. The wagyu is tender and the broth is nearly perfect south vietnam pho. So good.
I was excited to try this place I’ve been curious about. The broth was clean and flavorful, the fresh noodles were perfectly cooked with a nice chew and the meat was super tender. It’s a little more expensive than other pho spots, but not by much. The service was also surprisingly attentive for a pho place. Usually, they just take your order and bring your food without much interaction. I left feeling satisfied, and I’d definitely come back.
Was just in vietnam and honestly I hadn't had anything this good. Amazing A++ great fresh noodles, high quality meats, delicious broth, generous portions.
The other day, I tried the Rare Steak Pho, and it was the best pho with rare beef I have ever had. The Wagyu slices are thinly cut, and when the hot broth is poured over them, they cook just right, maintaining their tenderness and natural sweetness. Paired with fresh green herbs, it feels refreshing and pleasant.
