Sign in to reviewDelicious ox tail pho with fresh ingredients on a cold winter day. The thinly cut beef pho, their main staple was also incredibly tender and tasty. The egg rolls came out hot and crispy, with great portions for an affordable price. Service and ambience was fast, as well as welcoming. Looking forward to returning and trying more items from the menu!
I usually don’t write reviews, but this has happened to me so many times that I felt like I had to say something. We usually come here for pho because they’re open late, but unfortunately they mess up my order almost every time. I always order flat noodles, but they keep giving me the small noodles instead. This has already happened multiple times when we came, and today the exact same thing happened again. When I called to tell them about it, the response I got was “let me check.” I was like, what do you mean let me check? We had already brought the food home !!! what exactly were they going to check? Orders should really be checked before being handed to customers. Either they forgot part of my order or they gave me the wrong noodles again. It feels like the staff isn’t paying attention to what customers order, or the orders aren’t being double checked before they go out. It’s frustrating when the same mistake keeps happening. I think the employees might need better training or need to pay closer attention to what customers actually order.
Food is good but service sucks. Some old lady told me I couldn’t get an item from the kids menu that I have purchased from before. When I’m not that hungry but still craving pho I get the kids menu bowl but I came today and the old lady said I couldn’t order from it. They should have been consistent from the start in that case. They’re not losing at the end of the day it’s not like they’re giving more soup for an adult ordering from the kids menu. This place is cool but so so so stingy with everything. They give you a single slice of lime for the soup and if you ask for more they charge you for it. Such an upsetting visit today.
Be aware, cash only establishment. Rice was dry and undercooked. The cucumber slice even dryer. The shrimp cake is largely eggs and batter, missing shrimp. The grill pork is ok flavor wise but not spectacular. Broth leans a little sweet for me but that’s mainly a me thing. The server gave the impression that our presence was an annoyance to him.
Food: Pho and Com Tam (broken rice) are decent in term flavors. I have had better at different restaurants. Service: friendly and attentive waitresses Atmosphere: cozy and ambient setting
