Pho Midway is a Vietnamese restaurant in Dallas, TX, serving pho and other Vietnamese comfort-food favorites at 17610 Midway Rd Ste 140 in the 75287 area. It is a practical stop for diners looking for a warm bowl of noodles in north Dallas, whether they are already familiar with Vietnamese cuisine or trying pho for the first time. With a 4.4 rating from 625 reviews, the restaurant has built a substantial local review history around its broth-focused pho experience.
Pho is the clear draw here. Customers have specifically praised the balanced, flavorful broth, describing a profile with more depth than a simple bone-broth-and-salt taste. The meatball pho has earned positive mentions, including from a guest who enjoyed it at level 3 spice. Tofu pho with vegetable broth is another noted choice, and one reviewer added chicken and egg for a more customized bowl. Noodles, broth, and the option to adjust heat are recurring parts of the experience people highlight.
For diners who like control over their spice level, Pho Midway offers five spice levels, along with chili oil for those who want an extra kick. That flexibility can work well for mixed groups: people seeking a gentler bowl can keep things mild while heat lovers can build more intensity. A kids' pho option also makes this Vietnamese restaurant worth considering for families, while the menu's tofu and vegetable-broth combination gives diners another direction beyond traditional meat-based pho.
The atmosphere described in reviews centers on an approachable, casual place for a satisfying noodle meal rather than a formal occasion. Guests have complimented the service as well as the food, and several reviewers say they look forward to returning for the broth and noodles. At the same time, experiences can vary: a smaller number of reviews report concerns with particular dishes, freshness, flavor, or cleanliness. Checking in with staff about current menu options or dietary preferences can help guests choose a meal that suits them.
Open Wednesday through Monday from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM and closed Tuesdays, Pho Midway offers a dependable lunch and dinner window for the Dallas community. It is a fitting choice for a pho craving, a casual family meal, or a shared stop with friends who have different spice preferences. For Vietnamese food near Midway Road in Dallas, TX, this location stands out for its customizable pho bowls, vegetable-broth option, and locally reviewed noodle experience.

Sign in to reviewStopped in here because we were craving pho, and let me tell you, it was the BOMB. Every sip / bite was magical. The meatball pho, level 3 spice was perfect and so flavorful. My wife got the tofu pho with vegetable broth and added chicken and an egg. We couldn’t decide which was better. The tofu spring rolls were fresh and delicious. Megan was a great server and helped us order, super friendly. The price was great for what you get. We will 100% be back to try their other dishes.
Please come here - the Pho was prob the best we’ve had near Dallas so far. Pho: The broth is super balanced and has a flavor profile that tastes more than bone broth + salt. Absolutely delightful we came across this pho place. I also got the chili oil that made it spicy but my husband just ate it as it came bc it was THAT good. Service: Steven our server was also very funny and kind and the food came out quickly. Very attentive but also gives you your space. Parking: Lots of parking
Stellar service and even better food. Will be looking forward to returning here time and time again. Noodles and broth were immaculate. 5 levels of spice was a nice bonus and the kids pho option is a nice touch.
The grilled pork was so dry feel like i was eating jerky, and the quiche was spoiled to the point I had to spit it out. Aside from the rice, cucumber, and lettuce, nothing tasted fresh. I understand the food isn’t made to order, but this was so nasty like it had been sitting around for weeks. 0/5 . Will never come back. Update: the manager reached out and offered a full refund. I will give it a 3 stars since the manager was very reasonable and quick to respond
First time having pho and was lowkey disappointed. The restaurant had a strange smell . Found dead flies in the soy sauce bottle . The seafood pho had little to no taste. I guess it was edible after adding seasoning to it . The restaurant didn’t make any accommodations after flies were found. Wouldn’t go again
