PHO & MORE is a Vietnamese restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada, at 5115 Spring Mountain Rd, Suite 234, on the second floor. Its tucked-away location makes it worth looking for if you enjoy discovering neighborhood spots and supporting local businesses. Diners describe the restaurant as family-owned and appreciate its authentic, home-cooked feel. With a menu that includes pho as well as other Vietnamese favorites, it offers a welcoming option for a casual meal, whether you are stopping in for a familiar bowl of soup or hoping to try something different. The restaurant has a 4.2-star rating from 26 reviews, reflecting a range of customer experiences.

Pho is a natural choice for a first visit, and reviewers call out the soup base and ingredients as key parts of the experience. If you are deciding what to order, the combo plate is another dish customers have enjoyed, with pork, grilled shrimp, egg rolls, and a side of grilled chicken praised for being cooked just right. Other dishes mentioned by diners include bún măng vịt, a duck and bamboo-shoot noodle soup, and bò kho, a hearty Vietnamese beef stew. The menu’s range gives returning guests a chance to explore beyond pho, while first-time visitors can start with a well-known staple.

The atmosphere comes across as informal and unpretentious, with customers describing a home-cooked quality rather than a highly polished dining experience. That can make PHO & MORE a good fit for diners seeking Vietnamese comfort food, a relaxed lunch, or a straightforward dinner with friends or family. Reviews also mention friendly service, cleanliness, and food quality, though experiences are not uniform; some guests have noted concerns about value or attentiveness. As with any local restaurant, your visit may vary, so consider the feedback as a helpful range of perspectives rather than a guarantee.

The restaurant is open from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday through Wednesday and Saturday through Sunday, and closed Thursday and Friday, according to the provided schedule. Since it is on the second floor and can be easy to miss from the street, allow a little time to find the entrance. For locals and visitors looking for a Vietnamese restaurant in Las Vegas, PHO & MORE brings together pho, familiar Vietnamese dishes, and a neighborhood setting. Come for a comforting bowl, or try the combo plate and other customer-mentioned specialties on a return visit.

Found this place tucked away in the corner. It was ok, had to try the staple of Vietnamese food, Pho, which honestly I shouldn't because it's hard to compare anyone's soup outside of my mom's recipe. Other dishes were OK too. They we too busy with sales of other products and never came back to the table. Had to call them over multiple times.

I've been here twice. Great food, service, and cleanliness. This place deserves more customers, and it will get them, as the quality of offerings shine through. I've tried bún măng vịt, bò kho. Both are fantastic. I'll definitely come back again when I'm in Vegas.

If you like Pho, you going to know what’s the most important of all. Soup base, and ingredients, they had it all. I even bought myself some that Vietnam Doreen. Yum Yum. …

VT Mania is tucked away on the second floor of a hard-to-find corner, and unfortunately, I don’t see it lasting long. I came in for the #32 Bún Thịt Nướng, but at $25, it felt overpriced. I went with the $7 Bánh Mì instead—it wasn’t great, but fair for the price. Service was friendly but not very attentive, and the atmosphere was pretty sterile. Only one other table while I was there, and they sent their food back, which didn’t inspire confidence. The main parking lot is a hassle, though there is a garage in the back with open spots. Still, I had safety concerns about that area. With so many better Vietnamese spots around, I don’t see myself returning. Original Review: June 2025 TWO STARS: (Fair) Just OK. A place not worth rushing back to. But, it might have something worth recommending: A view, a single dish, friendly service, lively scene.
