Sign in to reviewNot kid friendly. My friend and I along with my 2 children (age 1 and 3) went for lunch around 130p and were greeted by a rude woman moving us to the other side of the restaurant for easier seating for their convenience (they moved us to a booth instead of a table). I have 2 small toddlers so I understood the reasoning of moving due to spacing of a high chair but did not realize yet that I would continue to have issues surrounding my children being present. Upon receiving our food, we were checked on 4x to see if we were finished eating so that the table could be cleared (all within 30min). I kept reiterating that all of the food was still being worked on. Finally about 30min in to us having our food, the woman came over and grabbed the plates and said “I’m going to just clear the table off because the kids are just making a mess”. They were eating. The mess they were making was from them eating. Kids make messes, that’s why cleaning rags and brooms exist. Whether kids were at the table or not, the table would need to be cleaned and wiped down the exact same way. Since the plates were taken from our table mid-eating session, none of us finished our meal before their timer rang for us to leave. We paid the bill and cleaned the table as much as we could since it was beginning to ruin their day at the mere thought of having to wipe down one singular table. Not important to how we were treated but the chicken banh mi tasted and looked like tuna. Wouldn’t be surprised if that was used in effort to save their energy in the kitchen as well. Would not recommend this place, there are plenty of other family owned pho businesses nearby that are family friendly and taste better.
Good prices and good portion. I had the chicken Pho combo #1. The flavor of the broth was superb! Egg rolls were fresh and hot, and the service was amazing. I will be back to try more of the menu, as it is right down the street from my work. I dined in, but ordered from the counter which is carry out so food was served in to go containers. The waitress let me know to just take a seat next time and she would be there to serve me.
I love the rice combo and special Vietnamese Sandwich here. My friends and I are always coming here to eat whatever we around the Cypress TX area. The servers are super awesome and friendly, I couldn’t ask for more than that. 😆👍!
The shrimp egg rolls are delicious! The pho is good as well. They only thing was the price, I got charged nearly $10 for a regular size pho. The prices might’ve gone up because of everything going on but I recall last time it was about $8 for a regular, I may be wrong. But still a bit pricey in my opinion.
Super great portions and service! Spring pork rolls were amazing. They took their time trimming the fat, it was all meat. We’ll be back for sure!!
