Phở Number One Restaurant is a Vietnamese restaurant at 1955 W Baseline Rd #114 in Mesa, Arizona, in the West Mesa area near the Fiesta District and Dobson Ranch. It is a local option for familiar Vietnamese comfort food, whether you are stopping in for lunch, gathering the family for dinner, or looking for a relaxed meal with friends. Customer feedback describes a clean, bright dining room and friendly service. The restaurant has a 4.4-star rating from 707 reviews, offering useful context as you decide where to eat, while individual experiences can naturally vary.

Pho is a central reason diners visit, and reviews praise the broth, with one customer calling it among the best they had tried. If you are choosing a bowl, you can expect the restaurant’s Vietnamese menu to offer the comfort and warmth people seek from pho. Reviews also mention a spicy bowl; one diner wished it had more heat, so spice preferences may differ. The feedback is not unanimous: one reviewer felt their bowl had too little meat. If a particular ingredient or portion matters to you, asking the team about the dish when ordering can help set expectations.

Beyond pho, customers call out the vermicelli combination bowl, spring rolls with peanut sauce, and fried rice. One review describes the vermicelli bowl as filled with grilled meat, shrimp, fresh herbs, and crisp vegetables, with fresh flavors and a balanced taste. Spring rolls and peanut sauce make a good starter to share, while fried rice gives diners another familiar choice. Several customers highlight generous portions and fair pricing for what they receive, though portions and value are subjective and not every review describes the same experience. The menu mentions in customer feedback make this a practical choice for groups who want options beyond a single signature dish.

Oooohh yeah! Right in our home turf around West Mesa, the Fiesta District, and Dobson Ranch, Phở Number One Restaurant is an absolute staple. When those after-school hunger pangs hit, this is our go-to spot for an epic family meal. >The portions here are GIANT< no skimping whatsoever. As a family, we always split two massive bowls of the "everything" Pho, loaded up with extra tendon and that massive beef rib. The broth is deep, rich, and packed with fresh ingredients every single time. The kids obsess over it, and we never leave without ordering a round of their fresh-made spring rolls. And for anyone living that full-throttle dadlife: do NOT skip their iced Vietnamese coffee. It's the rocket fuel that powers me right through the early afternoon siesta crash. If you’re looking for authentic, fresh, and generous Vietnamese food in Mesa, Phở Number One Restaurant lives up to the name. Best family-friendly pho spot in Southwest Mesa, hands down! 5 stars!

The place is clean and bright. The servers are friendly. The food is good. Very large portions of higher quality ingredients. The pricing is fair for what you get. Personally, the spicy bowl could use more heat.

Absolutely delicious. The spring rolls with peanut sauce were amazing. Unfortunately we didn't snap a pic before we devoured them. The fried rice was delicious, and the pho broth was some of the best I've ever tried. Highly recommend!

PHO King of the east side. My reviews won't lead you wrong. This place is horrible. Price seems good but I'd pay 20 for a bowl with some meat in it. I was beyond disappointed. Is there meat in this. Nope. They are trying to save money not giving a full bowl. I can recommend 2627w72 places before this one. I won't be back. Broth was also bland. Still can't get over how there was no meat. Also ordered the combination. Didn't have a single piece of tendon.
