Sign in to reviewThe food here is good and the service is decent whenever we dine in. However, everytime i order a pickup and make multiple requests for chilli oil, they still don’t give u one. We order here every other week because we love the food but even when i stand there and ask them if they put in the chilli oil, and the answer is always yes, but its never in the bag. They treat their chilli oil like caviar and i don’t understand it.
Good spot. Very flavorful. The food was very good. The place looks clean as well. Definitely coming back.
What happened??! This is a restaurant my husband and I have enjoyed for years, but no more. Today was a slap in the face all around: to the customer having to come face to face with the sign hanging at nose level to wait to be seated, to the lemon in the water when the request for NO lemon was clearly stated and to top it all off the food had lost every reason we had to come: the wilted veggies in the spring rolls, the lack of zing in the dip for the pork belly AND the faux sriracha in the branded sriracha bottle. The economy is what it is but we are more than happy to pay extra for good quality food, which Pho One sadly no longer is capable of or cares to serve. Just a disappointment from start to finish. Cannot recommend and will not be back.
All around solid place for some great Vietnamese food. Pretty standard restaurant set up, but the food and service were much better than standard. Great size portions at a fair price. Service was great even though it was slightly crowded. Definitely worth a try if you like this type food or have never had it before.
In all honesty, we really really wanted this Pho place to be delicious. We set our expectations to high. Having spent nine months in Vietnam we were just hoping for more authentic and less "westernized" cuisine. The Pho was good, thankfully Pho is one of those items that you add all kinds of toppings to personalize your flavors. They did provide numerous condiments. The prices for Pho was very expensive. This was my fathers first time eating Pho and he did enjoy mine, lol. The spring rolls, we ordered two different kinds, were just ok. We would not order them again. We were recommended by the hair salon a few doors down - so maybe we just came on a bad day. Worth a try.
