Sign in to reviewCannot recommend enough. The service is friendly and helpful and their work is beautiful. Richard and his team took my idea for my fiancées engagement ring and brought it to life. They kept me involved throughout the process, making sure I approved of each detail. The cost to design and build something fully custom compared to getting something already made is very reasonable. Since the engagement ring, we have returned for six additional pieces, most either fully custom or with a custom touch added, that will be worn or gifted during our wedding. Highly recommend and plan to return.
Wife lost a diamond on her band. Came here to replace the diamond and tighten the prongs. Ring looks phenomenal and service is very friendly. Very reasonable pricing as well. Highly recommend!
Went last week and everything was perfect! Everyone was hands on and didn’t hesitate to help out , Dianna worked with me and was very helpful and patient while I couldn’t make my mind up haha. Overall experience 10/10 would recommend!

Brooke was amazing, made sure to get me hooked up with the guy behind the scenes that got me a new band for an old watch ... and I was just passing through town!
