It's just another pho place. I don't know how long ago it's been since they moved here but I did go to there old location awhile back. There's a few good pho places next to my house so I generally don't seek it out when going out. The pho okay, it wasn't bad but it wasn't my favorite? I generally look for a piping hot clean soup, this was more of a 7/10 on that scale. The flavors were really good & the noodles seemed skinnier than most, which I actually liked a lot better. A large bowl is already a huge serving, the meatballs were average. I had one that was shaped like a heart. Springrolls, 9/10. Pork springrolls 7/10. Chicken springrolls 7/10. In the last two felt there was a lack of meat. Grilled pork with rice, excellent, 10/10. Combination fried rice 8/10. Service was fine, they have some booths. We sat at the tables, they have tables put together with the chairs one after the other. It didn't affect us since it wasn't crazy busy but I don't know how comfortable & spacious that would be for customers had it been busier. Waiter that took our order was kinda meh, he seemed impatient as well as the lady who took care of our check & didn't bring back a receipt as we had selected to have a copy when we paid. They have been here for years, so I am sure they are doing something right. Maybe an off day, new staff or whatever. I'll probably still come back at some point & it was still a good meal.

Phở Pasteur Restaurant Great pho. Broth on point! I’m told it’s one of the best pho in Dallas area. It delivers! Great decor. Nice workers. Clean. Monster meatballs. Love those kind! ***FYI, I'm a crazy pho eater that has to have pho from all over. I travel far and in between the states. Eating from LA, Vegas, MN, WI, MI, IL, NC, OH, Manhattan, NY, FL, KS, MS, D.C. Canada, etc. I've had the best pho (rated by the expert locals) in LA, Hollywood, Chicago, GA, and FL. I make reviews after tasting their pho. I know what pho is good and what is fake!*** Do not miss this GEM! My Star System: 1=Dumpster fire. Don't waste your money 2=Disappointed. Lot of issues 3=Average, 1-2 issues. 4=Above average, I might come again 1-3 times per year 5=Highest. I will come back a few times a month or more. If I live far, it's at the top of my list to visit when I'm in town. Highly Recommended

Great spot to get Pho as I’ve frequented quite often for togo but a friend and I stopped in to eat. The customer service was decent and food came out fairy quickly. We both ordered the eggrolls - which were fried nicely and paired well with the pho. I ordered the seafood pho with crab and shrimp only. The pho came out steaming out and was delicious on a chilly day! Definitely will return!

I honestly don’t know how I haven’t managed to write up how much I enjoy Phở Pasteur. Welp. That ends today. If you want to dive face first into a tasty, comforting bowl of phở, look no further. I admit I haven’t managed to eat all the way through this menu, but their beef phở (whether it’s the rare steak, flank, tendon, fatty brisket, meatballs, or all the above) is so incredibly delicious, I just can’t seem to move on—especially when it’s cooler weather or my allergies are acting up or… Just whenever, okay? Seriously, the broth is fragrant and delicious and the side of jalapeños, Thai basil, bean sprouts, and onions are always fresh. I particularly enjoy it with a pot of jasmine tea. The waitstaff is always friendly and attentive no matter how busy it gets. I think it’s much easier to walk around in the current location versus their previous one (that had lots of family style seating). It’s hard for me to drive past Phở Pasteur without stopping for a bite. I definitely recommend it.

Excellent pho! It's kind of a comfort food for me and it absolutely hit the spot. I got a large with steak and meatballs, and a Vietnamese coffee. Everything came out super quick, and the broth was noticeably richer than some places I've been. More beefy? Anyway, it was the best pho I've had in recent memory. Highly recommend giving it a try.
