Pho Quyen Vietnamese Restaurant is a Vietnamese restaurant at 4505 Park Blvd #10 in Pinellas Park, Florida. It offers local diners a place to enjoy familiar Vietnamese dishes, including pho, vermicelli bowls, bánh mì, fresh rolls, and fried spring rolls. Customer experiences vary by dish and visit, so guests may find it helpful to consider what they are in the mood for: reviewers have praised particular noodle dishes and spring rolls, while opinions about pho and bánh mì have been less consistent. The restaurant has a listed rating of 4.4 from 839 reviews, providing a broad snapshot of local customer feedback rather than a promise about any individual meal.
One of the most frequently praised choices in the provided reviews is lemongrass chicken served over vermicelli noodles, described by a regular as a favorite. A reviewer refers to the dish as bun and mentions pouring nuoc cham over the noodles, then adding chili oil and peanut sauce from a fresh-roll appetizer. That combination offers a way to bring together savory chicken, noodles, and flavorful sauces in one meal. Other diners mention meat served with rice and vermicelli as enjoyable, making these noodle and rice plates worth considering for guests who want something beyond a bowl of soup.
Pho is part of the restaurant’s menu, but feedback is mixed. Some customers have appreciated their meals overall, while one reviewer felt the beef-and-tendon pho had tough meat, a light beef flavor in the broth, and soft noodles. The comments suggest that expectations and individual preferences matter, especially for guests who are particular about broth depth or noodle texture. Fried spring rolls received a more favorable mention from that same diner. Fresh rolls also appear in a review as an appetizer whose peanut sauce can complement a vermicelli bowl, giving guests another option to share or enjoy alongside a main dish.
The reviews also mention pork and special bánh mì, wontons, a jackfruit smoothie, and boba. Feedback on the sandwiches was not uniformly positive: one guest found the pork disappointing and described both sandwiches as small, with little meat in the special bánh mì. Another reviewer enjoyed the wontons, though they found some meat in the wonton soup chewy. A jackfruit smoothie was called good, while boba was noted as available but not tried by that reviewer. These details make the customer feedback useful for setting realistic expectations and choosing according to your own tastes.
For a casual Vietnamese meal in Pinellas Park, Pho Quyen may suit diners looking to explore vermicelli with lemongrass chicken, try spring rolls, or choose among pho, rice plates, and bánh mì. Reviewers describe the atmosphere positively and mention a friendly waiter and, in one visit, a quick wait; another guest reported slower service and noted that only two waitstaff were working. Service and food experiences can differ from one visit to another. The atmosphere was pretty good and the waiter was pretty nice. The wait time was really quick and the food was okay. The meat with rice and vermillion(the noodles idk how to spell) was pretty good and the wontons were also delicious but the small pieces of meat in the wontons soup was chewy and not the best. Overall not a must try but would go again casually.
This has always been our favorite spot for the lemongrass chicken over vermicelli noodles. I believe this is called Bun with a nuac cham sauce to pour over. I like to add the chili oil and the leftover peanut sauce from the fresh rolls appetizer. They have boba, I didn’t try it. Tonight I got coconut curry chicken soup. I thought it was delicious. Nice quality chicken, bean sprouts and cilantro to put on top. The fresh jalapeños went perfectly with the thin noodles. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The meal was reasonably priced and a good value. The service is very kind and accommodating. Felt very welcome. I love all the spices and sauces on the table to spice your food to your liking.
Jackfruit smoothie was good but pork bánh mì was not good pork, special bánh mì had little meat in it & both were on the small side.
Given the high rating I am disappointed with the quality of pho here. The beef and tendon is tough and the broth has a very light beef taste. Noodles seems to be over cooked and soggy that it falls apart when you pick it up. The only good thing we had here is the fried spring roll.
Excellent food. Only 2 wait staff. Service was slow. Other than that, I highly recommend this place for GOOD food!
