Phở Saigon 8 is a Vietnamese restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada, at 5650 W Spring Mountain Rd, Ste B, Las Vegas, NV 89146. It is a straightforward neighborhood choice for diners looking for Vietnamese soup and familiar rice dishes, with pho at the center of the experience. The restaurant is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., making it an option for lunch, an early dinner, or a meal later in the evening. There is no need to plan around a limited weekly schedule: the listed hours are the same Monday through Sunday. For people searching locally for pho in Las Vegas, this Spring Mountain Road address offers a clearly identified place to consider.

Pho is the dish most closely associated with the restaurant in customer comments. Diners mention rare ribeye pho as well as bowls with tendon and tripe, giving visitors a sense of the cuts and textures available in addition to the familiar noodle soup format. One reviewer appreciated the generous bean sprouts and Thai basil served with a bowl, while another described the rare ribeye pho as flavorful and satisfying. Experiences differ, as they can at any restaurant, and some reviewers found the pho ordinary or felt certain bowls were expensive. These perspectives make it useful to arrive with realistic expectations: the appeal is a direct, familiar pho meal rather than a highly elaborate dining experience.

The menu experiences described by customers also include pork chop with white rice, dumplings, sliced pork, and spring rolls. One couple shared a pork chop rice plate alongside rare ribeye pho and reported enjoying both dishes, while other feedback was less favorable about the preparation or value of some appetizers and pork dishes. These reviews are individual impressions, not a guarantee that every visit or dish will be the same. If you are choosing what to order, pho is the most consistent reason customers name for coming, and the rice plate offers another recognizable option. Customers have described portions as large, though preferences about price, taste, and preparation vary.

The atmosphere and service feedback is mixed rather than uniform. Some visitors have reported quick, friendly service, with one reviewer saying the food arrived in under ten minutes. Others described service as unwelcoming or inconsistent, and their comments suggest that hospitality may not feel the same on every visit. The restaurant is best approached as an uncomplicated place to sit down for Vietnamese comfort food, rather than as a destination promising a particular level of formality or attention. Its Google-style listing shows a 4.2 rating from 1,267 reviews, reflecting a substantial range of customer experiences. For locals and visitors near Spring Mountain Road who want pho, rice dishes, and a daily schedule that runs from morning through evening, Phở Saigon 8 is a practical option to weigh against your preferences for service and price.

Overall everything was better in the past. Now everything just okay. The dumplings were deep fried not pan fried. The sliced pork was also deep fried not grilled. The spring rolls were not worth the price. I also noticed a server had his thumb in the soup while holding the bowl by its rim.

If you want pho, come here. Nothing fancy. Tasted like any other pho. Service is non existent. They dont make you feel welcomed at all. Pho kinda pricy. I had tendon and tripe and it was $21. They do give a lot of beans sprouts and Thai basil, which i appreciated. Would I come back? Probably not. There's tons of other pho places in town....with better service

Late post We used to frequent this location quite often, especially after the southeast location closed. Since we were much closer to this restaurant than the Eastern location, it became our go-to spot for a while. Unfortunately, our recent visit wasn’t quite as enjoyable as we remembered. The service was friendly and efficient, and our food arrived quickly, which was appreciated. However, the quality and flavor of the food seemed to have declined from what we remembered in the past. While fast service is always a plus, we’d much rather wait a little longer for food that is more flavorful and memorable. Hopefully this was just an off day, as we have many positive memories of dining here over the years.

My boyfriend and I decided to split a pork chop with white rice and the rare ribeye pho, and both dishes were absolutely delicious! Everything was packed with flavor, and we ended up finishing every bite. The service was quick and friendly, and our food came out in less than 10 minutes. The standout for me was their chile paste—it was absolutely perfect and added the perfect amount of flavor and heat. Great food, fast service, and a wonderful dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!
