Pho is one of the dishes guests mention, including a bowl with lean brisket and beef balls. Reviews offer a useful, specific perspective: one diner enjoyed the beef balls and described the pho as just okay, while another praised the restaurant’s flavors and overall experience. If pho is what you have in mind, the menu has options customers have tried, though individual preferences can differ. The feedback suggests a place where you can settle in for a familiar Vietnamese soup and decide for yourself which flavors you enjoy most. For a first visit, asking about the available pho choices may help you find a bowl that suits your taste.
There are also appealing choices beyond pho. Customers call the fresh spring rolls delicious and specifically compliment the peanut sauce. A vegetarian diner returned for veggie vermicelli with tofu, listed in a review as #72, and found it flavorful, fresh in appearance, and just as enjoyable as before. Veggie egg rolls are another item mentioned; one guest liked them on an earlier visit and skipped them the next time because the vermicelli meal was already a generous amount of food for one person. These experiences make Pho Saigon 8 worth considering for diners seeking vegetarian-friendly dishes as well as for anyone who likes to pair a noodle bowl with rolls and dipping sauce.
The atmosphere and service are part of what guests remember. Reviewers describe a welcoming team, prompt service, and an enjoyable dining experience, with one person praising the food, service, and atmosphere together. That makes the restaurant a practical choice for a casual meal with friends, a solo lunch, or a return visit when you’re ready to try something different. Not every dish will be a favorite for every diner, and the reviews reflect varied opinions, but several guests emphasize fresh ingredients, satisfying flavors, and friendly service. If you’re in northwest Las Vegas, Pho Saigon 8 offers a local place to explore Vietnamese pho, vermicelli, and rolls, open daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Absolutely delicious! The food came out quickly, everything was very tasty, and the employees were friendly and welcoming. I can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu! 🍜
I have had a great share of Vietnamese food, since 2017…the food, service and atmosphere in this place is just top notch!! What flavors i got to try!! Would definitely return when in Vegas!
Ive been here twice. Ive inky had the veggie vermicelli (#72) and the veggie egg rolls. Skipped out on the egg rolls this time. They were great last time, just can't that much food, alone. The #72 with tofu, was just how I remembered! Soo good, very flavorful. Everything tasted and looked fresh! Will definitely be back.
I've passed by this restaurant for quite some time and never made a point to try it out - I just kept forgetting about it because whenever I want to try a new Asian restaurant, the Spring Mountain area always comes to mind first. The day …
I had lunch here with some friends. I had lean brisket and beef ball pho and spring rolls. The spring rolls were delicious and fresh. The peanut sauce was also very good, one of the best that I have had. The pho was just ok. The brisket wasn’t seasoned at all. The beef ball was and it was very tasty. They have sauces to add to your meal as well. I don’t eat spicy so I added I believe it may have been some type of soy sauce it had a slight sweetness to it, but it wasn’t overly sweet. That helped the dish a lot. I would go back to visit again but I would get pho with beef balls only for the meat because it’s seasoned. The server was friendly. You pay at the register when you are done. They didn’t tell us that we figured it out on our own. So I think they should post a few signs that day that so you know. We waited around probably 15 minutes waiting to receive a check. The restaurant was very cleaned.
