At Pho Saigon Pearl, pho is naturally the main draw, and reviews highlight several options that stand out. Guests have enjoyed the beef brisket pho for its satisfying portion of meat and flavorful broth, while others mention the vegetable pho when they want something lighter. One repeat customer even called it a favorite pho restaurant in Irvine and noted liking the fish filet option, showing that the menu goes beyond just standard beef bowls. For diners searching online for pho in Irvine, Vietnamese noodle soup near Spectrum Center, or a casual Vietnamese lunch in Orange County, this restaurant clearly matches what many locals and visitors are after.

Beyond soup, the menu also seems to appeal to diners who want a filling plate meal. Reviewers specifically mention the Cơm Tôm Thịt Nướng Chả giò plate as generous and satisfying, with lots of meat and crispy chả giò. Egg rolls have also been called out, and shrimp tempura appears among the side choices people order alongside pho. The food is often described as coming out fairly fast, which adds to its appeal for a midday break or an easy weeknight meal.

The atmosphere at Pho Saigon Pearl comes across as casual and approachable. One customer noted that it was quiet at the start of an early dinner, then nearly full by the time they left, a small but useful sign that the restaurant is a popular local noodle spot. That rhythm makes it suitable for people who prefer a calmer meal earlier in the day, as well as for diners comfortable with a busier room during peak hours. With daily service from 11:00 AM and later hours on Friday and Saturday until 10:00 PM, it offers flexible timing for both lunch and dinner plans in Irvine.

It was quiet since we went for an early dinner, but by the time we were leaving, the place was almost full—clearly a popular Vietnamese noodle spot. You can enjoy a nice touch of authentic Vietnamese flavors, and the prices are reasonable compared to other nearby restaurants. We ordered the egg roll, spring roll and combination pho noodle, and the egg rolls (cha gio) wrapped in lettuce were especially delicious. If you’re looking for a quick and satisfying meal while shopping at Spectrum, this is a great choice. Just don’t expect it to be fine dining or a place for an important business meeting.

This establishment offers a more affordable dining option compared to other restaurants. While other establishments charge upwards of $60 for lunch for two, this establishment provides a meal for $20 to $25. Although the quality of the meal may not be as high as that of other restaurants, the price is significantly lower. The price of the meal has increased from $9 to $17, which is a substantial increase. However, for the same price, you can now expect a more substantial meal at other higher quality locations compared to the broth and meat you get here also they’re a large portion is now the same size as the small

I have been there several times and this is my favorite Pho restaurant in Irvine. While I normally eat beef, I liked the fish filet option.

I ordered the Cơm Tôm Thịt Nướng Chả giò plate. Not bad! Very filling, lots of meat and I liked that the Chả giò was nice and crispy.

We wanted to stop by for lunch after some shopping and ordered the Vegetables Pho, Beef brisket Pho, and the Shrimp Tempura. The food came out fairly fast, and we started to eat. The Pho (soup) was delicious, and there was a good portion of brisket in the Pho. The only reason I gave it a 4 stars instead of 5 stars was the service. As we were still eating, the server dropped the check without even asking us. We had just started to eat, so I felt we were being rushed out. It wasn't busy either. There were only a few tables, including us. I would recommend dining there, but don't expect good service. Just go for some good Pho.
