The food was very good. We had their pho and bun and both were delicious. The shrimp cake were also delicious. Other dishes were nice too! We went around 10:30 am so there was no wait to get seated. Service was good too! I would definitely go back.

Very authentic Mì Quảng, sans the non-sesame cracker. The fried egg rolls were also very good. There are a couple of dishes from Huế and central Vietnam that I’d love to try next. I was seated immediately, but the food took rather long. The server was exceptional however. She took care of my table well without needing to ask too many questions. Overall solid Viet place.

We were so hungry after a long day exploring Las Vegas, and Pho Saigonese Chinatown delivered one of the best Vietnamese meals we’ve had in a long time. We dined in and ordered the Chicken Spring Rolls Ga Cuon, the House Special Pho, the CYOP, and added Fresh Rice Noodles. Every single item was outstanding. The Chicken Spring Rolls were perfectly executed, crispy on the outside with a light, golden wrap that gave way to a flavorful filling of tender chicken, vermicelli, and fresh herbs. They were served with crisp lettuce and a savory dipping sauce that tied everything together beautifully. Each bite was fresh, balanced, and addictive. The House Special Pho was the star of the show. The broth was deeply aromatic, rich, and complex with that signature slow simmered depth that only comes from hours of cooking bones and spices. It had incredible clarity and flavor, savory, slightly sweet, with warm notes of star anise, cinnamon, and ginger that made every spoonful comforting and addictive. The meats were perfectly prepared: tender slices of brisket and flank that melted in your mouth, silky tripe, chewy tendon, bouncy beef meatballs, and delicate rare steak that cooked gently in the hot broth. Combined with fresh bean sprouts, Thai basil, cilantro, lime, and jalapeños, it was a complete, harmonious bowl that left us scraping the bottom. We also got the CYOP Create Your Own Pho, which let us build another incredible bowl with our favorite proteins and toppings. It was just as flavorful as the House Special, with the same exceptional broth that we couldn’t stop praising. What really took everything to the next level was the Fresh Rice Noodles we added. They were amazing, soft, silky, and perfectly chewy with that fresh made texture that absorbs the broth beautifully without getting soggy. They had a slight sweetness and clean rice flavor that elevated both pho bowls, making each slurp more satisfying than the last. We honestly can’t remember better rice noodles anywhere else in the city. The service was OUTSTANDING!!! Ricky and Thay were outstanding, attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. Our water glasses were never empty, they checked in at the perfect moments, and Ricky even took the time to prepare a special side dish for us a vibrant mix of pickled peppers and onions with a delicious spicy sweet sauce drizzle that paired perfectly with the pho and added an extra burst of flavor and crunch. I can’t remember the last time we received such warm, proactive hospitality. The restaurant has a clean, welcoming vibe, and the food arrived hot and fresh. For the quality, portion sizes, and care that went into everything, the total of 56.36 felt like an absolute steal. We left completely satisfied and already planning our next visit. Pho Saigonese Chinatown is a hidden gem in Spring Valley, five stars without hesitation. If you love authentic, flavorful Vietnamese food with top tier service, this is the place to go! Come hungry and leave happy!

Five stars for premium quality pho that is comparable to the finest pho in Little Saigon, CA. Bun cha Ha Noi hits all the right notes with succulent meatballs and savory sauce. Most of all, service is fast and exceptional. The quick pit stop on way home to California turns out to be a delightful dining experience worthy of lingering longer than planned.

We always passed this place when driving around so we decided to finally give it a try. We also recently went to Vietnam to travel and the menu reminded us a lot of dishes we tried over there. So if you’re looking for Vietnamese along with some specialty uncommon Vietnamese dishes, make sure this is the spot you visit. When trying a new place, I usually try their staple dishes or items where I know should definitely its standard. That’s not what we did with this one. We didn’t even have Pho. We ordered Banh Khot (mini prawn cake), Nem Cua (crab spring roll), Hu Tieu Nam Vang (Phnom penh noodle soup). I only suggest ordered Hu Tieu if you feel comfortable with seasoning it yourself with the condiments that they include on the table. If not, then the soup may be more bland for your taste. The Nem cua be is good but I don’t really get the crab flavor in it as much and forgot I was eating that. The good part is that they’re pretty big, but the downfall is that it’s not as bite size as I’d like it. Banh khot is something I don’t see too often in Vietnamese restaurants in Vegas so I had to try it. I will say that it is good and I highly suggest it, but this one kind of had a doughy texture that I wasn’t used to. Kind of similar to mochi like. I wouldn’t say this is the best place for you to try it but also it isn’t so common in Vegas so why not give it a go. We also ordered a lychee green tea drink and a coconut coffee drink. The lychee green tea drink was pretty refreshing as it also had lychee jelly in it. The coffee in the coconut coffee was pretty strong so it masked the coconut flavor. It was pretty much similar to a regular Vietnamese coffee The location is very spacious and has a small little parking lot. I came here previously when it was a Thai restaurant (La Moon) so one of the main reasons for coming here was to see how it changed. The decor is definitely really nice with all the dark colors accented with green plants everywhere. We came at night so it was very intimate and there wasn’t that many people there. The service was normal as the dishes came as soon as they were finished.
