I rarely leave reviews but I have to share that this is the best pho I have ever had. Unlike most pho places, this place gives tons of meat. The broth is excellent, beef based with deep flavors.
Food is delicious every time. Steak and brisket pho is very solid, love the broth. Thai tea compliments it well. Staff are friendly. No alcohol though if you're looking for that.
Broth tasted like warm water with barely any actual bone broth flavor #Bland. Tea came out lukewarm and only after the food was already served. Asked for chili oil and got plain oil with no chili, the staff literally watched me struggling to get any flavor out of it and never bothered helping or replacing it. On top of that, I came in alone as a party of 1 and got seated directly in between two huge loud families when there was an entire quieter side of the restaurant open. Just zero awareness or consideration from staff. Service felt inattentive and rude the whole time. The atmosphere and authenticity were disappointing for a Vietnamese restaurant. Overall felt lazy, low effort, and overpriced for the quality. Would not recommend unless you have absolutely no other options.
My kids and I love this place! Definitely our go to for Pho! Reasonably priced!
Barely any sauce on the chicken. The portions were the worst I’ve ever seen at a teriyaki spot, seriously looked like someone had already eaten out of my box before I got it. Probably half the size of what you normally get anywhere else. On top of that, it was overpriced for mid food. The teriyaki had no flavor, nothing like their Tacoma counterpart, which actually hooks you up and has more menu options. If I were you, I’d skip this place and drive the extra couple miles to the Tacoma location instead. I had already given a tip. Never doing that again without checking how much Ive been served.
