Sign in to reviewIs this the best pho value around? Finding a solid bowl of pho under $10 isn’t easy these days, but this spot delivers. We went for the larger bowl, just $2 more, and it felt worth it. The broth leaned a bit oily yet still clean and flavorful—exactly what you’d expect from a good pho base. Wide noodles are our go-to; they give off a fresher vibe even if they’re truly different. The meat was satisfying, not prime cuts, but for the price it’s more than fair. Overall, a hearty, worthy bowl and a great value. Service was what you’d expect from this type of establishment—efficient in handling our orders. The ambiance was straightforward, with a simple design and no unnecessary frills. Restrooms weren’t filthy like a gas station, but they could benefit from some upkeep.
Long time customer for many years, my family and I have been going since college and the pho always delivers. This time, I ordered their Bun bo hue, spicy beef soup. Superb! So tonight i ordered it again, don’t know if the chef was gone but it was gross. Seems like they put all the ingredients but instead use spiced pho broth. Um i know the difference. Two people, including the owner, tried to convince me it is. I told them it’s not the right taste and the color is off. I told them i order it before at this location and it’s not the same. they finally took it back. I felt bad doing so since i never send things back this was the first because it was just gross. I toss bad food all the time (i eat the cost) but at least i can pick at it first. This i took one sip and nope aside from a taste i didn’t touch anything else. The others at my table had pho which was fine. Idk why they just didn’t say they don’t have it- i understand it was late and almost everyone orders pho at that time. To give them the benefit of the doubt, i tripled the tip (that covered the cost ) and i ordered two pho to go for my family. One was fine i think because my dad didn’t complain (or he did want to) but the other my sister told me it was inedible, the broth taste like dish water. Sadly, I will never go back nor my family.
came for their 8.50 special. was very satisfied by the portions! great choice of meat and quality. noodles al dente. soup rich and decadent in a delicate way. great , almost nostalgic taste. Great view too! clean tables and kind staff. Definitely coming back soon. *cash only*
The guy refused to sell me food at 5am without explanation. Idk how you’d explained such strange business practices. That was so strange. Prob would have gotten food poisoning from the rat feces anyways. Got McDonald’s instead. Really strange encounter
