A great place for classic authentic Vietnamese. I see lots of Vietnamese clients. The head staff is herself Vietnamese. The BBH was ok but very generous with the meat. The pho was excellent, savoury broth. Great that there are 3 sizes. When I’m the area, it’s my first choice. Staff is knowledgeable of the dishes.

First time visiting and we ordered the Bun Ga Nuong combo. It came with two pieces of shrimp and a very generous portion of grilled meat—so much that I was able to enjoy it over two meals. This was a takeaway order, and unfortunately I only realized after sitting down to eat that the bag was missing the spring rolls that are supposed to come with the combo. On top of that, one of us has a severe peanut allergy, and the dish had peanuts scattered throughout, making it unsafe to eat. I called the restaurant right away. The owner immediately apologized, acknowledged they had forgotten the spring rolls, and offered to remake the dish without peanuts. She also told me to keep the original order, which I appreciated. When I returned, they apologized again and gave me a freshly prepared replacement along with three spring rolls. While it was inconvenient to make the extra trip, I was grateful for how they handled the situation. In hindsight, I would usually check about nuts, but I didn’t recall seeing it mentioned on the menu. Typically, peanuts are served on the side to prevent them from getting soggy, so this caught me off guard. Overall, great portion sizes and solid customer service recovery. Also ordered a banh-mi for one for the road - big and yummy!

I really like this pho place, the C4 combo is my go-to. I work in the service industry, so I really appreciate good service. However, today when the bill was brought, the server stood there and stared at me while I was writing the tip and signing, which felt uncomfortable and rushed. I hope this was just a one-time experience.

Updating: 11/2025 The foods no longer containing good tastes. Really bad on noodle soup, the broth no original texture… When this restaurant open during the first year- the Pho was good… decent price and tastes. As the years gone by, not the same… Food was not good- Pho became untasted, the amount of meats in a bow of Pho only fewer slices. The soup loses original flavor. Also, the rice dishes with pork chop wasn’t eatable-wasted money. The waitress/waiter didn’t care to asking if any problems with the foods. The floor very dirty- greasy, not well maintained each night. I hope the owner spends more time seeing how to improving the business practices for a better cleanest. The foods that serving bring up with good moral hygiene without sacrificing and cost cutting…
