Pho Town is a pho restaurant at 89 Brighton Ave in Allston, MA, serving pho and other Vietnamese favorites. It is a neighborhood option for a warming bowl, a casual meal, or a quick stop when you are in Allston. Customer feedback often highlights kind, attentive service and food that arrives fresh. The menu is described as focused, with pho and vermicelli among its familiar choices, so diners looking for a straightforward Vietnamese meal can get a sense of what to expect.

Pho is a central reason guests visit. Reviews mention beef pho, a decent broth, and beef served freshly pink, a detail appreciated by diners who like their pho prepared that way. Some guests enjoy the soup and return for it, while others would prefer more aromatic herbs or larger portions for the price. These different impressions are useful context: Pho Town may suit someone looking for a simple pho fix, while guests with specific expectations about broth flavor, serving size, or value may want to consider the feedback alongside their own preferences.

The menu also gives guests options beyond pho. Reviewers mention bun bo Hue, vermicelli, spring rolls, and fried egg rolls. Spring rolls are paired with pho in one visit, while another customer describes the fried egg roll as crisp and carefully made. A guest who ordered bun bo Hue with rolls praised the food as authentic and enjoyable. Experiences with noodle preparation are not uniform; one review found the noodles overcooked, while other diners reported satisfying meals. Taken together, the feedback offers a practical picture rather than a promise that every dish will suit every palate.

Guests describe a friendly atmosphere and approachable service, making Pho Town a casual choice for solo diners, friends, or a relaxed meal with family. The staff was so kind and attentive, and the food was SO GOOD, very reasonably priced, and so fresh. I got their pho and spring rolls, and I’d definitely come back here again for it!

Great food and service! The beef in my pho came out freshly pink, which is the way it should be but not often the case in most places! The pho broth could use more additional aromatic herbs but overall great. The fried egg roll was well crafted, crisp, and delicious!

The menu is pretty standard/basic with pho and vermicelli. Nothing special. The food was overall ok. The noodles were over cooked. Friendly service and good atmosphere

The pho isn’t bad. Broth is decent but portions are ridiculously small for the price. It’s not your typical Vietnamese place where you have larger portions and sizes. Good service, small menu. If you need a quick phone fix it’ll do the job, otherwise, other places are better for price and flavor.
