Sign in to reviewThis is one of the best pho I’ve ever in Dallas. Very authentic and satisfied enjoying it! Make feel like home. The broth, meats are super tasty. The staff is nice enough. Definitely coming back to try the rest of the menu!
This used to be my favorite place to eat for birthdays, heartbreaks, or just because; but since the previous owners retired, the quality has tanked. The new owners are kind and friendly, and I have nothing bad to say on their service, bu this isn't the same place anymore. I know people who used to go out of their way to visit. Driving 5+ hours to eat here. I would regularly drive more than an hour for it. In fact, my friends and I just bought some! Now though, as you can see in the photos, some of the food served is spoiled, there are rock hard mystery pieces left in, and the seasoning is replaced with extra (old?) oil. I ended up having to stop eating the spring roll when I couldn't get over the odd aftertaste. I'm really glad the previous owners are retired and enjoying their lives, and sincerely hope the new owners do their legacy justice. I will dearly dearly miss this place.
As native Texan and a global traveler with a large desire for Vietnamese food, the Phoʻ Trương gets my personal approval because of the woman who attended to me during my visit. She was personable and added to the quality of the experience. I did visit at lunch time on a Monday. I ordered Steak Phoʻ, it was yummy. I gave a 4 star based on the meat quality, I enjoy a tender steak such as filet in my Phoʻ and although this was tender, it had a bit of fat on the meats. Now onto the real winner, the Vietnamese Coffee. It came out in a proper style. I was pleased to see it's presentation and not just a cold brew in a cup of ice. Bravo to them for that added experience at my table. I am looking forward to trying a different meal on my next visit.
Had their vegan pho and it was very good. Broth was great and there was a huge variety of veggies, I got tofu as well and appreciated it came cut up. Would absolutely come back to try other dishes although it’ll be hard to not order the same thing again Also, love that they have reusable chopsticks!
Needed a quick pho fix near work. Decent service & food but they closed all the blinds on a gray rainy day, so the dark atmosphere took away from the dining experience.
