Pho V Noodle House & Sushi

My husband and I visit this restaurant every week, and we have the same wonderful server every time (unless she’s not there, and then we have any of the other amazing servers). When we walk in, we’re seated in her section without having to ask, and before we’ve even seen her, she brings our beverages to the table (club soda for me, Coke for my husband). The food is delicious. Favourites for me are: Chicken Curry Pho, Roasted Garlic Tilapia, V’s Fried Rice, and most of the sushi rolls. Dumplings are on point, whether steamed or fried. My preference is for fried pork dumplings. And their egg rolls are alway fresh, hot and crispy. But as good as the food is, we wouldn’t return week after week if not for the wait staff. The vibe is courteous, caring, friendly, considerate and absolutely unpretentious. The camaraderie between Henry, Tien, Jeri, Cindy, et al, and their regular patrons is fantastic, and without that we wouldn’t return time and again. Without the wait staff, this place would be “that occasional good food experience with the great curry broth” where we might go again sometime. It’s definitely the front-of-house staff that primarily brings us back.

My husband brought me here for the first time and I have to say the food here is soooo delicious and comforting. I wasn’t feeling so well and had a craving for some hot soup. Never had Pho before so took it as the perfect time to try it. I tried the beef curry with fried rice and I got the Beef Deluxe Pho with spicy broth also to help clear my sinuses and this dish is by far my most favorite thing on the menu. I left feeling so much better that I even had my husband go back for more later that same day! We got a few Boba teas to go and the Matcha Coconut Latte was super delicious. We will be coming back most definitely.

I’m a new teacher in HEB ISD and was looking for some local Vietnamese on a hot summer day. This place is very tasty and the portions are large. I had the grilled pork vermicelli and added some egg rolls. Both were delish.

Great Chicken Pho and Shrimp Tempura roll, customer service was great and timely. Multiple people came in while we were there and treated like family. Good spot for good food. Support local businesses like this.
