Strictly a pho place, no other Vietnamese dishes besides egg/spring rolls. Bare bones atmosphere. Fried egg rolls pretty basic, I prefer when they are served w lettuce wrap, herbs and veggies. Pho tai was delicious, very healthy portion of meat. Fast friendly service. Good price. Yum 🥣
What a genuine gem this place is. This is the first time I’ve tried an Asian sit-down restaurant in Seattle that can go toe-to-toe on authenticity and taste with NY, Vancouver (CA), London, and LA Asian restaurants of the equivalent same. The couple that runs this shop has been around since AT LEAST the 90s. Food portions are fair for the price, and the broth is genuinely good. Everything is fresh, clean, and maybe even organic though I did not ask. Pho sizes come in small, large, and x-large. Small is plenty enough but if you’re a pho lover like my dad that has been starved of good traditional pho then you’ll want x-large.
Came in early and ordered a small pho. Don’t let that fool you, the portions are solid and you leave full. The broth is what I keep thinking about. It runs sweet, which caught me off guard, but it’s incredibly clean and soft. Honestly one of the best I’ve had in Seattle, and I’ve had a lot of pho. There’s a real mom and pop feel here that you just don’t find much anymore. It was literally a sweet grandma and grandpa. You feel it the moment you walk in. The chili oil is its own thing. I can’t fully explain it but there’s something about it that just works. It’s the kind of thing you find yourself thinking about later. Prices are some of the lowest in the city for what you’re getting. I’d pay more without hesitation. Coming back soon.
As a Vietnamese, I find this place phenomenal. Their phó broth looks plain when it arrived but the flavor is so delicious! I'm very impressed! I would say this is my favorite phó place in Seattle. The place is I'm a but has enough tables …
Go-to spot for pho in north Seattle. We have tried so many places, but we keep coming back because it’s just better than all the others. Nothing fancy inside, just good pho! Just beware they close at 7:30! Inconvenient for random cravings, but we always find our way back.
