I stopped in for kind of an early dinner, 530ish. The restaurant was fairly empty so service was SUPER quick. I ordered a specialty beverage (black milk tea), an appetizer (shrimp spring rolls), and a small bowl of Pho (round steak and meatballs). The milk tea was a unique flavor in the best way, I love black teas and this one had a terrific flavor profile. The shrimp spring rolls were good, super “fresh” taste with the veggies they put in it. I was feeling like the sauce was missing something, like it needed something to give it more depth. I wouldn’t say these were the best I’ve ever had, but still delicious. The pho was incredibly flavorful, I would say the round steak wasn’t note worthy but the meatballs are usually my favorite anyway. I think they went a little too crazy with the garnishes, which says a lot because I LOVE fresh cilantro but I think it had too many stems just not chopped small enough so when you got some in a bite, it was very over powering. Overall, amazing and I would definitely go back. I paid $22 for everything not including tip, which felt like a steal for everything I ordered!

This place is so dirty, I’m not sure how it passes any inspection to continue serving people. The floors were wet and had food on the ground, the chopsticks I got had dried food on them I had to ask for another pair. The spring rolls were pre-mixed? The nuoc Cham was watered down and not tasty. The vegetables we got were old and wilted down, the lime was dry. I got the pork bone soup and that was good overall, but the dish alone was not enough to give it a better review. Cleanliness is 0 stars and all I can remember

I visited may if the Vietnamese restaurant here in OKC, and this is the best place for Bun Bo Hue. It is a very generous portion and reasonable price. I didn’t get to try anything else, as I was so full after eating their Bun Bo Hue. The broth is delicious, tasty and how it should look, rich beautiful red color, it’s not too spicy but there’s is a extra spicy sauce on the side, it has shrimp paste. I asked for one without shrimp paste. The service is excellent and friendly. We will be back next time to try their pho.

This place is as authentic as it gets. I ordered the bún bò Huế, and I have to say—it rivals my mom’s. The broth was incredibly flavorful and packed with meat. Definitely a must-try if you’re craving something legit!

We had such a great lunch here. We were greeted and seated as soon as we walked in. The gentleman was quick to take our orders as soon as we were ready. We ordered egg rolls, fried tofu, pho dac biet, bon bo hue, and the beef stew. All of it was good. Rich in flavor and prepared with love. The beef stew was so rich and hearty. It came with an ample amount of beef chunks cooked to perfection. It just crumbled in my mouth. The broth was so rich and flavorful. I didnt have to add any more sauces or seasoning to it. I opted for the rice noodles with my beef stew and it was delightful. The portion size of the noodles paired with the hearty beef stew and veges made for a really big meal. I was stuffed and struggled to finish all of the beef chunks in my bowl. They didn't slip on the meat with the egg rolls. It was flavorful and crispy. It was a proper egg roll. The fried tofu was great as well. Fried crispy texture on the outside and soft creamy on the inside. I don't know what kind of dipping sauce it came with but it went well with the tofu. My family that had the pho and bon bo hue absolutely loved their dishes too. The service was great. The gentleman turned up some traditional music and got me vibing with my beef stew and rice noodles. Overall, it was a great experience. We're glad we picked Pho VN out of the many other pho restaurants and plan to be back again. You need to come in and try their food!
