Phở Vy Vietnamese Restaurant is a beloved local Vietnamese restaurant nestled conveniently along SE Kent-Kangley Road in Kent, WA. Known throughout the neighborhood for its comforting, home-style cooking and attentive hospitality, this family-friendly dining destination has earned its solid reputation among local patrons looking for genuine Southeast Asian flavors served in a clean, welcoming setting.

At the heart of the kitchen’s success is a dedication to time-tested broth recipes. Guests regularly praise the house phở, highlighting popular selections such as the classic steak and tendon beef phở. Unlike heavy, overly salty broths often found at generic chain eateries, the soup at Phở Vy is clean, aromatic, and deeply flavorful, satisfying diners without leaving them feeling weighed down. For those who crave an extra punch of lemongrass heat and regional richness, the bún bò Huế stands out as another savory favorite that brings genuine warmth to chilly Pacific Northwest days.

Beyond the traditional beef soups, the kitchen offers an impressive range of choices catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. Vegetarian diners can enjoy hearty vegetarian phở, fragrant fried rice, and crisp tofu bánh mì packed with pickled vegetables and fresh herbs. If you prefer stir-fried entrees, house specialties like sautéed shrimp tossed with crisp garden vegetables over steamed rice provide wholesome, balanced nourishment. Many diners also note how remarkably swift the service is, with freshly prepared meals arriving at the table in just minutes. To complement your lunch or dinner, Phở Vy also features a delightful assortment of sweet, refreshing boba beverages.
