Pho With Us

First time trying this place, and I ordered takeout. I went in fully prepared for it not to be as good as dining in—but I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was packaged really well, and my takeout bag had everything I needed, which I really appreciated. The flavors were absolutely delicious, and I can’t wait to come back and try dining in next time. I gave service 3 stars—not terrible, but not great either. The hostess didn’t greet me and wasn’t very friendly, though I understand everyone can have an off day. Since I didn’t dine in, it didn’t significantly impact my overall experience or leave a sour impression.

Great friendly service. Everything was hot and fresh. Absolutely a pleasant dining experience. Honey glazed shrimp were so flavorful. Fried oyster mushrooms were light crispy delight. Amazing Pho options and add ons. General Tso never disappoints. Will definitely be back on my next visit to Austin.

The food was great, and the service was even better. Our server was amazing, the receipt says his name is Phat P. Even the guys bringing out our food were so polite and courteous. The music and atmosphere were a vibe, and the overall experience was wonderful. I highly recommend checking it out.

Pho With Us was packed when I arrived, so they seated me at the bar. Just a heads up — the bar sits right next to the kitchen and bathrooms, so expect a little kitchen noise and some bathroom energy while you eat. I started with the pork belly buns and they were 🔥. Soft bun, juicy pork belly, fresh toppings — everything balanced perfectly. Then I ordered their specialty pho, “Pho With Us.” The broth was award-winning level, rich and super flavorful. The beef rib was the highlight. The tender-ism was exactly where it needed to be — tender but still holding itself together on the bone. Adding the chili oil took it to another level. Portions were huge, definitely worth the price. Only downside was the wait — about 20 minutes for the appetizer and another 10 minutes for the pho. Overall: 4/5. That broth alone makes it worth coming back.
