Its name and service description focus on free donation pickup, an option that may suit households looking to clear usable belongings without transporting them themselves. The listed address is 2085 S Sheridan Blvd, Denver, CO 80227. Customer experiences are mixed. Some reviewers describe an easy process, a truck arriving as scheduled, and a successful collection of their donated items. Others report late arrivals, missed pickups, or drivers leaving some items behind. One reviewer says only part of a boxed book donation was taken, despite their understanding of the website’s guidance; another says small furniture and household items were not collected. These are individual reports, not a guarantee of what will happen with a future pickup, but they make it sensible to verify accepted items and quantity limits in advance. If your donation includes several boxes or larger pieces, clarify the details before moving everything outside.
The business has a 2.7-star rating from 89 reviews, so prospective customers may want to weigh both the positive and negative accounts. Feedback points to pickup timing and which items are accepted as important details to confirm. When scheduling, keep the pickup window handy, make sure the items are clearly identified, and consider having a backup plan if collection timing matters. These practical steps cannot guarantee a particular outcome, but they can help you set realistic expectations and avoid relying on an unconfirmed pickup for a time-sensitive cleanout.
Listed hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The Denver address, 2085 S Sheridan Blvd, may help you identify the local service, but the listing does not specify whether donations are accepted at that location or provide a detailed item-acceptance policy. For Denver residents comparing donation options, Pickup Please may be worth considering when a pickup is convenient; contact the business or check its current scheduling information to confirm availability, accepted belongings, and collection details before preparing your items. A clear confirmation can make the donation process easier to plan.

Scheduled a pick up for today. Was told th3 driver would be here between 10:30am and 1:30pm. He didn't show up until after 2pm. And then chose to only take half of my items and then leave. Whe. I noticed he closed the back of his truck and there were still items on my porch, I went outside to go ask but as I was walking out he floored it away from my house and down the street. I called their office and asked them what happened and the lady said that the driver didn't leave a message as to why he didnt take everything, so maybe his truck was full, but I told her on my ring cameras, you can clearly see into the back of his truck and it is definitely not full at all. The items he left are not heavy at all. So he can't even use the excuse that it was too heavy for him to carry. Absolutely lazy. Now I have another pick up scheduled for Friday so they can finish getting the items they should have grabbed today. How unprofessional. Your company is representing veterans, shame on you!!!!!
Total waste of time. Don’t bother. Website says they’ll take book donations and there’s no limit as long as they are boxed and one person can carry the box. We boxed up about 9 boxes of books. They came. Took 3 of the boxes and left a note saying that’s all they could take. What?!? You have just wasted a bunch of my time. I’m now going to donate at the library and goodwill. I shouldn’t have just done that instead of waiting for these people to not pick up the books they said they would. Thanks for nothing.
Don't waste your time. They never picked up? My neighbor said the driver drove by 3 times. A couple days later I called and they said the items were not resaleable? If they would have checked closer there was a lot of new items worth a lot. They never came to the door to talk. Very unprofessional, don't waste your time.
A friend suggested Pick Up Please instead of Goodwill. This process was super easy, and concise! The truck came to haul off all my donatables as scheduled, and had no issues. Hope someone in need gets good use out of my stuff. Thank you!
Left two pieces of small furniture, a small table top stereo and some beautiful indoor planters behind, and to add insult to injury, the driver left the signs I had marking for VVA littering the driveway. I pulled everything out in the cold and the snow this morning, as instructed. None of the items left behind were listed as being prohibited or not wanted. My donations bring the organization money! Lots of money! In the last two months I’ve donated about 20 bags/boxes each time, twice. I carefully wrapped and taped and marked everything ensuring top dollar (for the organization). I donated lots of new items - tags still on and in original packaging, and VVA leaves perfectly good items (a sick and frail women moved alone out in the snow) behind and the signs littering the driveway. Unacceptable. I will not be donating to this organization again.
