5 Stars First time at Pink Polish Nails and I’m officially a customer for life! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming, clean, and relaxed—exactly what you want in a nail spot. The staff is so friendly and professional, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients. Cindy and Sally absolutely killed it! Their attention to detail, creativity, and overall service were next level. I came in wanting something fun and unique, and they delivered—I’m obsessed with my nails! Not only did they turn out beautiful, but the whole experience felt effortless and enjoyable. I also love that they serve you a mimosa or champagne! 🍾 #cheers Pricing is super reasonable for the quality you get, which is a major bonus. I left feeling pampered, happy, and already planning my next appointment. Pink Polish Nails really set the bar high—highly recommend!
The technicians were friendly. But I believe my experience could’ve been better. I would like to return to the establishment but under a few conditions, They need to tell customers if there is an extra fee for something they are requesting, also if they’d like to fix something that is an additional fee, please do not do so without approval from your customer. Lastly, do not expect the customer to give a tip. I tipped all of my technicians but the lady did not see her friend receive her tip and she questioned if I tipped her. Yes, I tip at the minimum 10% if I service was mediocre but my toes looked like a teenager polished them and still I tipped. So, please as a business/ business minded individuals, do not expect Tips or question a customer about tipping. It is not a requirement, it’s merely a recommendation if the service was satisfactory. I loved my nails. My daughters nail were satificatory(not pictured)

I got my eyebrows waxed here for the first time with Mai she’s the best highly recommend her super quick and easy and she’s super friendly loved her service :)))))
